제 1도는 전자혈압계의 처리동작을 나타내는 흐름도.
제 2도는 (A)는 커프(cuff)를 가압설정치까지 가압하고 감압과정에 있어서 혈압치를 결정하는 설명도.
제 2도 (B)는 검출된 맥파파형을 고대역필터링처리를 하여 얻어진 맥파파형을 나타내는 동시에 최고 혈압치를 결정하는 상태를 나타내는 설명도.
제 2도 (C)는 광트랜지스터가 출력하는 맥파파형을 나타내는 설명도.
제 2도 (D)는 맥파를 미분처리한 미분맥파의 파형을 나타내는 설명도.
제 2도 (E)는 최저혈압치를 결정하는 상태를 나타내는 설명도.
제 3도는 전자혈압계의 블록도.
Claims (1)
- 커프와, 이 커프내의 유체를 가압하는 가압수단과, 상기 커프내의 유체압을 급속 또는 미속으로 감압하는 감압수단과, 상기 커프내의 유체압을 검출하는 압력검출수단과, 상기 커프의 장착부의의 맥파를 검출 하는 맥파 검출수단과, 상기 압력검출수단으로 검출된 맥파에 의거하여 혈압치를 결정하는 혈압치결정수단을 구비하는 전자혈압계에 있어서, 심장확장시기에 상기 맥파검출수단으로 검출된 맥파의 평탄부분을 추출하는 평탄추출수단을 추가로 구비하며, 상기 혈압치결정수단은 이 평탄부추출수단에서 추출된 평탄부분이 감압측정에 있어서 소실하는 점 혹은 가압측정에 있어서 출현하는점에 대응하는 상기 커프 내의 유체압을 최저혈압치로 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 혈압계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
