본 고안은 한쌍의 나무젓가락을 봉투현상으로된 포장지속에 삽입된 상태로 포장하기위한 연속포장기에 관한것으로서, 젓가락을 연속된 포장지위에 1열로 배열시킨후 배열된 젓가락상부를 포장지로 덮어, 상하측의 포장지만을 접착시킴으로서 젓가락이 포장지에 의하여 길게 연결된 상대로 연속포장되도록 하여 위생적으로 대량의 젓가락을 단시간내에 포장치리하도록 하기위한 것이다.
종래의 젓가락포장기는 1개의 젓가락이 포장될 수 있도록 절단된 단위포장에 의하여 1개의 젓가락을 각각 개별적으로 포장하도록 구성되어 있는 것이어서, 작입공정이 복잡할뿐 아니라 작업시간이 많이 소요되므로서 대량의 젓가락을 포장하기에는 불편한점이 많은 것이었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 실정을 감안하여 단시간 내에 대량의 젓가락이 자동적으로 연속포장되도록한 새로운 형태의 포장기를 제공하기위한 것으로서 이하 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도 및 제3도에 도시한 바와같이 홈파(1)내에 적층수용된 젓가락(2)을 송출로울러(3)에 의하여 순차척으로 인출시켜 이송벨트(4)에 의하여 안내판(5)밑으로 연속이송시키는 공지한 송출장치(F)의 송출단부에는 안내판(5)의 송출단(5')을 캠(6)에 의하여 주기적으로 압지 또는 개방하는 제어용 탄성판(7)과 안내판(5)에 압지된 젓가락(2)을 1개씩 인출하는 인출로울러(8)가 설치되어있고, 인출로울러(8)의 하방에는 1개씩 인출되는 젓가락(1)을 받아 콘베이어밸트(9)위에 1일로 일정간격을 유지하여 배치시키도록한 배치로울러(10)과 장설되어 있다.
콘베이어벨트(9)에는 일정간격으로 요입홈(11)이 형성되도록 다수의 평행돌조(12)가 돌성되어 있으며, 콘베이어벨트(9)의 중앙부 상측에는 콘베이어벨트(9)의 길이방향과 평행하게 좁은폭의 압지판(13)이 설치되어 있고, 이 압지판(13)은 적당한 조절기구(14)에 의하여 압지간격이 조절되도록 탄성적으로 지지되어 있다.
콘베이어벨트(9)의 이송방향 상부에는 한쌍의 호부(糊付)로울러(15)가 설치되어 있고, 이 호부로울러(15)에는 콘베이어벨트(9)의 평행돌조(12)와 접합되는 호작돌조(15')가 돌설되어 있으며, 호부로울러(15)후방에는 포장지(P)를 절첩하는 안내로울러(16)와 압접로울러(17) 및 절단장치(18)가 설치되어 있다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 제5a도에 도시한 바와같이 콘베이어벨트(9)위로 일련된 포장지(P)를 공급하면서 포장지(P)폭의 절반정도가 콘베이어벨트(9)위에 재치되도록하여 이송시키고, 송출장치(F)에서 송출되는 젓가락(2)을 인출로울러(8)에 의하여 1개씩 인출하면서 배치로울러(10)에 의하여 젓가락(2)이 콘베이어벨트(9)의 요입홈(11)에 해당하는 부분에 위치하도록 포장지(P)위에 1일로 배치시키게되는 것이다.
1열로 배치되어 이송되는 젓가락(2)은 제5b도에 도시한 바와같이 압지판(13)밑을 통과하면서 압지판(13)에 눌러 포장지(P)와 함께 콘베이어벨트(9)에 형성된 요입홈(11)속으로 들어가게되는 것이며, 이 상대로 이송되다가 제5c도에 도시한 바와같이 호부로울러(15)밑을 동과하면서 호부로울러(15)의 호작돌조(15')가 콘베이어벨트(9)의 평행돌조(12)상에 위치한 포장지(P)의 돌출된 부분과 접착되어 이 부분만을 풀칠(S)하게 되는것이다. 호부로울러(15)에 의하여 풀칠이 끝난 포장지(P)는 계속이송되면서 안내로울러(16)에 의하여 풀칠(S)한 반대측부분이 절반으로 접어지면서 젓가락(2)상면을 덮게되는 것이다.
절반으로 접혀진 포장지(P)에 의하여 젓가락(2)이 내부에 삽입된 상태로 이송되는 포장지(P)는 제5d도에 도시한 바와같이 압접로울러(17)밑을 통과하면서 풀칠(S)된 부분에서 겹쳐진 상하포장지(P)가 접착되는 것이고, 이 상태에서는 일련하여 연속된 봉투속에 젓가락(2)이 삽입되어 있는 형태로 포장되는 것이며, 이와같이 연속포장된 젓가락(2)은 절단장치(18)에 의하여 1개씩 분리성형되는 것이다.
이와같이 본 고안은 일련하는 포장지(P)위에 젓가락(2)을 1일로 배열시키면서 다수의 젓가락을 동시에 연속포장하게되는 것이므로 작업공정이 크게 단축되어 대량포장에 적합한 것이고, 전체공정이 자동적으로 행하여지므로서 위생적으로 젓가락을 포장할 수 있을뿐 아니라 1대의 장치에 의하여 전체공정을 일관되게 행할 수 있는 것이어서 원가절감에도 크게 기여할 수 있는 효과를 나타내게 되는 것이다.

  1. 통상의 송출장치(F)와 연접하여 젓가락(2)을 콘베이어벨트(9)에 1일로 일정간격을 유지하여 배치시키는 베치로울러(10)을 장설하고, 콘베이어벨트(9)에는 일정간격으로 요입홈(11)과 평행돌조(12)를 형성하여 젓가락(2)이 압지판(13)에 의하여 요입홈(11)내로 삽입되도록 구성하였으며, 호부로울러(15)에는 콘베이어벨트(9)의 평행돌조(1)와 대응하는 호착돌조(15')를 형성하여 평행돌조(12)상의 포장지(P)부분만을 풀칠하도록 구성하여서된 젓가락 연속포장기.
