Claims (11)
- 강철 제품에 희박 기체 분위기에서 발생되는 플라스마를 작용시키는 강철 제품의 표면처리 방법에 있어서, 처리될 강철 제품을 저온에서 유지하고 이 제품을 1-103Pa의 압력하에 저온 플라스마로 표면 처리함을 특징으로 하는 상기 표면 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스마를 dc 전압에 의하여 발생시킴을 특징으로 하는 표면 처리 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전압이 약 400-800V임을 특징으로 하는 표면 처리방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전류가 10mA/sq. cm이하임을 특징으로 하는 표면 처리 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 처리될 제품이 음극성을 갖고 플라슴가 음극을 구성하는 상기 제품과 양극 사이에서 사용된 수백 볼트의 전압에 의하여 발생됨을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리시간이 1초 내지 10분임을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 표면 접착성 개량에 있어, 기체 분위기가 수소, 질소, 염소화 화합물과 회유 기체에서 선택한 하나 이상의 기체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 기체 분위기가 산소 포화 화합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 처리된 제품이 아연으로 피복된 강철로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 표면처리 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 내부식성의 개량에 있어, 기체 분위기가 산소, 오존, 질소, 수소, 공기, 이산화탄소, 일산화탄소, 산화질소, 물, 연소기체 또는 중성기체와 이들의 혼합물에서 선택한 하나 이상의 분자 기체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 표면처리방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 스테인레스 스틸로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 표면처리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
