Claims (3)

  1. 종속 차동증폭기의 출력에 연결된 입력과 능동부하의 출력에 연결된 출력을 갖는 제1의 전류미러를 포함하는 오디오 증폭기에 있어서, 능동부하는 제1 및 제2트랜지스터(Q14, Q15)를 포함하는 제1의 상전류원을 포함하고, 상기 제1트랜지스터 (Q14)는 능동부하의 출력을 공급하는 콜렉터와, 제2트랜지스터(Q15)의 콜렉터에 연결된 베이스와, 제2트랜지스터의 베이스에 연결되고 저항(R12)을 거쳐 전력 공급라인에 연결되는 에미터를 갖으며, 상기 제2트랜지스터(Q15)는 전력 공급라인에 연결된 에미터를 갖고, 제2의 상전류원(Q16, Q18, CC10)은 제2트랜지스터(Q15)의 콜렉터에 연결되는 것이 특징인 오디오 증폭기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2상전류원은 제3의 상전류원(CC10)에 연결된 입력을 갖는 제2의 전류미러(Q16, Q18)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오디오 증폭기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오디오 증폭기는 공통 에미터 트래너지스터 (Q19, Q20)에 연결된 에미터 플로우워 트랜지스터(Q21)를 포함하는 제2이득단과 증폭기 안정을 위한 내부 캐패시터를 갖는 2단 증폭기인 것을 특징으로 하는 오디오 증폭기.
