실리콘 밀폐용기
제1도는 본 고안의 분해 사시도.

본 고안은 연질로된 실리콘 밀폐용기에 관한 것이다.
종래 실리콘은 결상이므로 외부에 노출되면 굳어지기 쉽기 때문에 밀폐된 용기에 넣어서 보관되어야 하고, 사용하는데 있어서도 소량식 국부적으로 사용할때가 많으므로 해서 직접 손가락에 묻히든가 보조기구의 도움을 받아서 사용하게 됨에 따라 사용이 불편하고 주위의 오손과 자재의 손실을 면치 못하였으므로, 이것을 시정하기 위하여 일반적으로 밀폐용기에 캡을 착탈자재하게 끼우거나 끼워진 밀폐용기를 다시 압압구에 끼워서 사용한 것도 있으나, 구조가 복잡하고 기밀을 완전히 유지하지 못하여 쉽게 굳어지는 것을 방지하지 못하였으나, 본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
밀폐된 연질용기 본체(1)의 상면에 환상홈(5)이 상단부에 환설되고 외주벽에 나선(3)이 형성된 밀폐튜브(2)를 돌설하여 선단에 배출공(7)이 형성되고 주벽에 종돌조(6)가 다수 돌설된 튜브캡(4)으로 돌려서 덮어끼우고 사용시 밀폐튜브(2) 선단의 환상홈(5)을 절단하여 개구된 배출공(8)으로 부터 튜브캡(4) 내로 압출된 내용물이 튜브캡(4)의 배출공(7)을 통하여 배출함을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 밀폐용기이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
연질 밀폐용기 본체(1) 내에 실리콘 수지 또는 실리콘 도료를 주입하여 튜브(2)로 밀폐한 다음 튜브캡(4)을 돌려서 덮어끼우면 내용물은 굳어지지 아니하고 안전하게 보관된다.
사용할때에는 튜브캡(4)을 열고 튜브(2) 상단부에 형성된 환상홈(5)을 절단하여 튜브선단에 배출공(8)을 형성하고 다시 튜브캡(4)을 끼운다음 다음 연질용기 본체(1)를 잡고 짜내면 내용물이 튜브(2)의배출공(8)으로 튜브캡(4) 안으로 압출된 다음 튜브캡 선단의 배출공(7)으로 순조롭게 배출된다. 이때 밀폐용기(1)가 프라스틱제등 연질이므로 압출이 용이하고 튜브의 배출공(7)이 세공으로 되어 있어서 내용물을 손이나 보조기구의 도움없이 적송에 배출되게 된다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 내용물이 손에 닿지 아니하고 주위의 오손이 없으며, 사용이 편리하고 자재의 손실을 방지할 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 연질로 된 밀폐용기 본체(1) 상면에 환상홈(5)이 상단부에 환설되고 주벽에 나선(3)이 형성된 밀폐튜브(2)를 돌설하여 선단에 배출공(7)이 형성되고 주벽에 종돌조(6)가 다수 돌설된 튜브캡(4)으로 돌려서 덮어끼우고 사용시 밀폐튜브(2)의 환상홈(5)을 절단하여 개구된 배출공(8)으로 부터 튜브캡(4)내로 압출된 내용물은 튜브캡(4)의 배출공(7)을 통하여 외부에 배출되게 함을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 밀폐용기.
