제2도는 분극 전계에 기인하는 강유전성 액정장치의 기억의 불안정을 표시하는 도면.
제3도는 본 발명의 보기1에서 4까지의 장치를 스위칭하는 상태와 ±10V의 쌍극의 비교장치 그리고 장치를 결정하는 기억상태의 보관 영역에서의 편차를 표시하는 도면.

Claims (4)

  1. 거기의 표면위에 투명전극과 그 전극주위에 방향막을 가지는 각 한쌍의 기판과 한쌍의 기판사이에 삽입된 액정과 그리고 그 액정은 전자 억셉터로서 사용하는 복합 시아노 화합물 또는 복합 할로겐 화합물을 거기에 통합된 강유전성 액정 합성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 복합 시아노화합물은 DDQ(dichlorodicyanoparbenzo-quinone), TCNQ(tetracyanoquinodimethane), TCE(tetracyanoethylene), TFTCNQ(tetrafluorotetracy-anoquinodimethane), TCNB(tetracyanobenzen)인 액정표시장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 복합 할로겐화합물은 dichlorofluoroquinone, dichloroanthraquinone, TCDQ(tertachlorodiphenoquinone), TBDQ(tertabromodiphenoquinone)인 액정표시장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 복합 시아노화합물은 또한 복합 할로겐화합물을 강유전성 액정합성물에 의거하여 100에서 500ppm, 특히 100에서 500ppm의 양으로 존재하는 액정표시장치.
