Claims (11)
- 폴리염화비닐, 염소함량이 15 내지 45중량%인 염소화된 올레핀 중합체의 충격 개질량, 및 산기가 5 내지 40인 산화 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 단독중합체의 용융 촉진량을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 단독 중합체의 중량평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 20,000이고, 브룩필드 용융 점도가 150℃에서 4500 내지 15,000cps이며, 평균 입자크기가 150 내지 380μ이고, 용점이 100℃ 내지 150℃이며, 산화 단독중합체의 양이 폴리염화비닐 100 중량부 당 0.05 내지 0.4 중량부인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 산화 단독중합체의 양이 폴리염화비닐 100중량부당 0.05 내지 0.15 중량부인 조성물.
- 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 산화 단독중합체가 10 내지 30의 산기를 갖고, 염소화된 올레핀 중합체 100중량부당 1.5 내지 2.5중량부의 양으로 함유된 조성물.
- 제1항의 조성물로부터 제조된 성형물.
- 염소함량이 15 내지 45%인 염소화된 올레핀 중합체 및 염소화된 올레핀 중합체 100부당 산가 5 내지 40의 산화 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 단독중합체 1 내지 3부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 산가 10 내지 30의 산화 단독중합체 1.5 내지 2.5부를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 염소화된 올레핀 중합체가 염소 함량이 30 내지 40%인 염소화된 폴리에틸렌인 조성물.
- 제6항, 7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 산화 단독중합제의 중량평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 20,000이고, 부룩필드 용융 점도가 150℃에서 4500 내지 15,000cps이며, 평균 입자크기가 150 내지 380μ이고, 융점이 100℃ 내지 150℃인 조성물.
- 폴리염화비닐, 염소화된 올레핀 중합체, 및 산가가 5 내지 40인 산화 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 단독중하체(이 단독중합체의 양은 폴리염화비닐 100중량부당 0.05 내지 0.4중량부이다)를 혼합하여, 65g의 물질로 충진되고 60RPM 및 175℃에서 작동하는 하케(Haake)토오크 레오미터로 측정하였을 때 조성물의 용융시간이 0.5 내지 2.0분이 되도록함을 특징으로 하여, 폴리염화비닐, 및 염소함량이 15 내지 45%인 염소화된 올레핀 중합체의 충격 개질량을 함유하는 조성물의 용융을 개선시키는 방법.
