Claims (7)
- (a) 80 내지 99중량%의 폴리스티렌, (b) 140℃ 이상의 연화점을 갖는 1 내지 20중량%으 스티렌-가용성 중합체, (c) 발포제로서, 성분(a)와 (b)의 힘에 근거하여, 3 내지 10중량%의 C3- C6-탄화수소 및 필요하다면 (d)유효량의 통상적인 첨가제등을 함유하고 성분(a)와 (b)의 혼합물이 15 내지 30의 멜트플로우인덱스(MFI 200/5)를 갖는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 내지 20중량%의 폴리-1,4-페닐렌을 성분(b)로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 내지 20중량%의 폴리-(2,6-디메틸)-1,4-페닐렌 에테르를 성분(b)로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 10 내지 49중량%의 말레산(무수물)을 함유하는 1 내지 20중량%의 스티렌-말레산(무수물) 공중합체를 성분(b)로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 스티렌 중합체.
- 스티렌중에 성분(b)를 용해시키고, 스트렌에 근거하여 0.1 내지 50의 연쇄-전달 상수 K를 갖는 0.01 내지 3중량%의 통상적인 조절제의 존재하에 현탁 수용액중에서 이 용액을 중합시키고, 발포제 및 사용된다면, 첨가제를 중합 전, 도중 또는 후에 첨가시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 제1항의 발포성 스티렌 중합체의 제조 방법.
- (a) 80 내지 99중량%의 폴리스티렌과 (b) 140℃ 이상의 연화점을 갖는 1 내지 20중량%의 스티렌-가용성 중합체, 및 필요하다면, 유효량의 통상적인 첨가제 등을 함유하고, 성분(a)와 (b)의 혼합물이 15 내지 30의 멜트폴로우인덱스(MFI 200/5)를 갖는 포움.
- 제1항의 발포성 스티렌 중합체를 연화점 이상으로 가열하고 입자 형태로 발포시키고, 생성된 포움입자들을 기밀 방법으로 밀폐하지 않은 모울드에서 가열에 의해 서로 결합시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 제6항의 포움의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
