Claims (7)

  1. 비자기성 기개와 그위에 견고히 도포되고 50중량%이상의 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 결합제에 잘 분배된 자기성 재료에 근거하는 최소한 한개의 자기층으로 구성되는 자기 기록매체로서, 여기서 사용되는 열가소성 폴리우레탄은 테트라히드로푸란에 용해될 수 있고, 사슬 말단에 OH기를 함유하는 우레아기를 갖고 40,000 내지 200,000의 분자량을 갖고, 성분 (A) 내지 (C)의 OH기의 대 성분 (D)의 NCO기 대 성분(E)의 아민기의 비가 1:1.03-1.3:0.03-0.3인 것을 조건으로, (A) 성분(A1)대(A2)의 몰비가 10보다 크거나 같은, (A1)400내지 4,000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리디올과 (A2) 14,000이상의 분자량을 갖는 폴릴디올의 혼합물 1몰 (B)(B1) 방향족디올과 (B2) 2 내지 10개의 탄소원자의 곧은 사슬 디올의 혼합물 0.3 내지 10몰, (C) 3 내지 10개의 탄소원자의 트리올 또는 폴리올 0.05 내지 0.5몰, (D) 6 내지 30개의 탄소원자가 디이소시안산염 1.3 내지 13몰 및 (E) 2 내지 16개의 탄소원자의 아미노 알콜 0.09 내지 2몰로 부터 제조되는, 이소시안산염 없는 가지달린 폴리우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록매체.
  2. 비자기성 기재와 그위에 견고히 도포된 50중량 이상의 열가서성 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 결합제의 최소한 한개의 자기층으로 구성되는 자기 기록매체로서, 여기서 사용되는 폴리우레탄은 테트라히드로푸란에 용해될 수 있고, 사슬 말단에 우레아기를 갖고 40,000 내지 200,000의 분자량을 갖고, 성분(A) 내지 (C)의 OH기 대 성분(D)의 NCO기의 대 성분(E)의 아민기의 비가 1:1.03-1.3:0.03-0.3인 것을 조건으로, (A) 성분 (A1)대 성분(A2)의 몰비가 10보다 크거나 같은, (A1)400 내지 4,000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리디올과, (A2) 14,000이상의 분자량을 갖는 폴리디올의 혼합물 1몰, (B)(B1)방향족 디올과 (B2)2내지 10개의 탄소원자의 곧은 사슬 디올의 혼합물 0.3 내지 10몰, (C)3 내지 10개의 탄소원자의 트리올 또는 폴리올 0.05 내지 0.5몰, (D)6 내지 30개의 탄소원자의 디이소시안산염 1.3 내지 13몰 및 (E) 2내지 16개의 탄소원자의 OH기가 없는 모노아민 0.09 내지 2몰로부터 제조되는, 이소시안산염 없는 가지달린 폴리우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록매체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 테트라히드로푸란에 용해될 수 있고 사슬 말단에 OH기를 함유하는 우레아기를 갖고 40,000 내지 200,000의 분자량을 갖는, 이소시안산염 없는 가지달린 폴리우레탄이 디-, 트리- 및 폴리이소시안산염과 10,000이하의 분자량을 갖는 이소시안산염 예비 중합체로 구성된 이소시안산염과 교차결합을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록매체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서 테트라히드로푸란에 용해될 수 있고 사슬 말단에 우레아기를 갖고 40,000 내지 200,000의 분자량을 갖는 이소시안산염 없는 가지달린 폴리우레탄이 디-, 트리- 및 폴리이소시안산염과, 10,000 이하의 분자량을 갖는 이소시안산염 예비 중합체로 구성된 이소시안산염과 교차결합을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 메체.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(B1)은 m과 n이 서로 독립적으로 각각 0일 수 있는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
  6. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 80%이상의 말단 OH기는 R1dl - (CH2)n-, R2는 H, -CH3또는 -(CH2)m-CH3이고 n이 2 내지 10이고 m이 1 내지 10인 하기기들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록매체.
  7. 제1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 테트라히드로푸란에 용해될 수 있고 사슬 말단에 OH기를 함유하는 우레아기를 갖는 이소시안산염 없는 가지달린 폴리우레탄이 단독 결합제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록매체.
