고감쇠성능 주철부품 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 주철중에 정출한 흑연의 평균주위길이를 화상 해석법에 의하여 산출하는 방법을 설명하기 위한 흑연정출상태를 나타낸 모식도,
제2도는 주철중에 정출한 흑연의 평균주위길이와 주철의 진동확대율의 관계를 나타낸 특성도,
제3도는 주철중에 정출한 흑연의 평균주위길이와 주철의 인장강도와의 관계를 나타낸 특성도.

Claims (4)

  1. 탄소당량 : 4.3-4.9중량%, Cr:0.25-0.5중량%, Sn:0.05-0.12중량%, Mn:0.4-1.2중량%, P:0.1중량%이하, S:0.15중량이하 및 Fe: 나머지 부분으로된 것을 특징으로 하는 고감쇠성능 주철부품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 정출흑연의 평균주위길이가 160-260㎛로 되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감쇠성능 주철부품.
  3. 소정량의 강섬유를 함유하며, 경도가 HRS30-80의 마찰재와 그 마찰재가 미끄럼접합되며, 탄소당량; 4.3-4.9중량%, Cr:0.25-0.5중량%, Sn:0.05-0.12중량%, Mn:0.4-1.2중량%, P:0.1중량%이하, S:0.15중량%이하 및 Fe : 나머지부분의 조성을 가지는 고감쇠성능 주철부로부터 이루는 미끄럼접합부재에 의하여 구성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감쇠성능 브레이크.
  4. 탄소당량; 4.3-4.9중량%, Cr:0.25-0.5중량%, Sn:0.05-0.12중량%, Mn:0.4-1.2중량%, P:0.1중량%이하, S:0.15중량%이하 및 Fe : 나머지부분의 조성을 가지는 주철부품을 주조후, A1변태점이상의 온도로 틀분해하며, 그 후 강제 급냉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감쇠성능 주철부품의 제조방법.
