Claims (10)

  1. 45몰%-65몰%의 TiO2와 CaO환산에서 35몰%-55몰%의 CaC2O4, Ca(CH3OO)2, CaC2H4O6, CaCl2의 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 칭량하고 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻는 단계와, 이혼합물을 소정형상으로 성형하여 성형물을 얻는 단계와, 이성형물을 소정 조건하에서 소성하여 소결체를 얻는 단계와, 이소결체에 소정의 마감질 가공을 하여 TiO2를 45몰%∼65몰% 및 CaO를 35몰%∼55몰% 함유하는 TiO2-CaO 계 섭동재료를 얻는 TiO2-CaO 계 섭동재료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성형물을 얻는 단계는 혼합물을 습식 혼합하여 습식혼합물을 얻는 단계와, 이습식혼합물을 약 1,200±20℃에서 가소하여 가소물을 얻는 단계와, 이가소물을 습식혼함하여 가소혼합물을 얻는 단계와, 이 가소혼합물을 소정압력하에서 소정형상으로 프레스 성형하는 단계로 이루어지는 TiO2-CaO 계 섭동재료의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 대기중에서 약 1,200℃-1,350℃에서 약2시간만 수행하는 TiO2-CaO계 섭동재료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 칭량, 혼합단계에서 상기 혼합물에는 소정량의 조제가 첨가되는 TiO2-CaO 계 섭동재료의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 조제와 소정량은 혼합물에 대한 비율로 0.1-0.5중량% 인 TiO2-CaO 계 섭동재료의 제조방법.
  6. TiO2와 CaC2O4, Ca(CH3OO)2, CaC2H4O6CaCl2의 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종과 소정비율로 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻고, 이혼합물을 소정조건하에서 소성하여 TiO2를 45몰%-65몰% 및 CaO를 35몰%-55몰% 함유하는 소결체를 얻는 TiO2-CaO 계 섭동재료의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 혼합물의 소정비율은 TiO2가 45몰%-65몰%이며, CaC2O4, Ca(CH3OO)2, CaC2H4O6CaCl2의 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종이 CaO로 환상하여 35몰%-55몰%인 TiO2-CaO계 섭동재료의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 소성은 대기중에서 1,200℃∼1,350℃의 온도 영역에서 수행되는 TiO2-CaO계 섭동재료의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서 혼합물에 소정량의 조재가 첨가되는 TiO2-CaO계 섭동재료의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 조제의 소정량은 혼합물에 대한 비율로 0.1-0.5중량%인 TiO2-CaO계 섭동재료의 제조방법.
