Claims (23)
- 소성검토, 멀라이트, 갈색용융 알루미늄, 판상 알루미늄, 또한 그혼합물중에서 선택된 60-75%의 입상 기초 물질과 : 10-20 중량%의 실리콘 카바이드와: 7-15중량%의 볼 점토와 또한 수성 매질 속에서 미세하게 분산된 15-70중량%의 실리카로 만든 4-8중량%의 결합제로 구성된 건(gunning) 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입상 기초물질에 30마이크로미터 내지 7밀리미터의 평균직경 크기로된 소성점토가 들어있는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 소성검토의 양이 60-65중량%인 것으로된 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 소성검토에 43-48중량% 알루미늄 47-50중량% 실리카 또한 소량의 티타늄, 철 및 산화나트륨이 들어있는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입상기초물질에 30 마이크로미터 내지 7밀리미터의 평균직경 크기로된 멀라이트가 들어있는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 멀라이트의 양이 60-65중량%인 것으로된 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 멀라이트에 57-73중량% 알루미늄, 27-40중량% 실리카 또한 소량의 불순물이 들어 있는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입상 기초물질에 30 마이크로미터 내지 7밀리미터의 평균직경크기로된 갈색용융 알루미늄이 들어있는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 갈색 용융 알루미늄의 양이 70-75 중량%인 것으로된 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 갈색용융 알루미늄에 93-98중량%알루미늄과 소량의 티타늄, 실리카 또한 철이 들어있는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입상 기초물질에 30마이크로미터 내지 7밀리미터의 평균직경 크기로된 판상 알루미늄이 들어있는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 판상 알루미늄의 양이 65-70중량%인 것으로된 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 판상 알루미늄에 98.5-99.9중량%의 알루미늄과 소량의 산화나트륨 실리카, 산화 마그네슘 또한 산화 칼슘이 들어있는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 볼점토에 28-38중량% 알루미늄과, 66-70중량% 실리카 또한 소량의 산화나트륨과 티타늄이 들어있는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 카바이드의 평균직경이 30마이크로미터 내지 1.5밀리미터인 것으로된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제를 물속의 약 40% 실리카 분산물로부터 형성하는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카가 콜로이드성 실리카인 것으로된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카의 평균직경 크기가 4-100 밀리 마이크로인 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 실리카의 평균직경 크기가 8-20 밀리마이크론인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한 5-10중량%의 흑연물질을 포함하는 것으로된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물을 부분적이나 전체적으로 증발시키는 것으로된 조성물.
- 물속에 녹인 15-70중량%의 콜로이드성 실리카 매질을 제조하고, 또한; 10-20중량%의 실리콘 카바이드와 7-15중량%의 볼점토, 4-8중량%의 실리카 분산물, 또한 소성검토, 멀라이트, 갈색용융 알루미늄, 판상 알루미늄 및 그 혼합물중에서 선택한 60-75중량%의 기초물질로된 혼합물을 제조하는 단계를 이루어진 건 조성물 제조방법.
- 물에 녹인 15-70중량% 실리카의 미세한 분산매질을 제조하고 또한; 10-20중량%의 실리콘 카바이드와 7-15중량%의 볼점토, 4-8중량%의 실리카 분산물, 또한 소성점토, 멀라이트, 갈색용융 알루미늄, 판상 알루미늄 및 그 혼합물중에서 선택한 60-75중량%의 기초물질로된 혼합물을 제조하는 단계로 이루어진 건 조성물 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
