Claims (12)

  1. 산화물을 기준으로 wt%로 표현할 때 약14-18% Na2O, 0-6% ZnO, 6-12% Al2O3, 0-5% B2O3, 65-72% SiO2와 0-0,2% Sb2O3와 유리내에서 분석된 것으로서 0.007-0.04% Ag, 0.0008-0.05% CeO2, 0.7-1.25% Br 과 1.5-2.5%F로 구성되지만 이들 성분의 함량이 전체조성물의 적어도 90%를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 감광성 유백유리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2% 이하의 Li2O, 5% 이하의 K2O, 0.1% 이하의 SnO, 3% 이하의 BeO 및/ 또는 MgO 및/ 또는 CaO, 5%이하의 BaO 및 / 또는 CdO 및 / 또는 SrO, 0.1% 이하의 CI과 0.2%이하의 I로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 감광성 유백유리.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 유리내에 TiO2, 및/ 또는 Fe2O3,불순물의 최대량은 100ppm 이하임을 특징으로 하는 감광성 유백유리.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용이하게 환원될수 있는 산화물이 실질적으로 배제됨을 특징으로 하는 감광성 유백유리.
  5. 적어도 한부분의 유리가 (a)산화물을 기준으로 wt%로 표현할때 각 14-18% NazO, 0-6% ZnO, 6-12% Al2O3, 0-5% B2O3, 65-72% SiO2와 0-0,2% Sb2O3와 유리내에서 분석된 것으로서 0.007-0.04% Ag, 0.0008-0.05% CeO20.7-1.25% Br 과 1.5-2.5%F로 구성되지만 이들 성분의 함량이 전체조성물의 적어도 90%를 구성하는 유리의 원료물질을 용융하는 단계, (b) 상술한 용융물을 적어도 그들의 전이 범위 이하의 온도로 냉각시키면서 동시에 원하는 형태의 유리체로 성형하는 단계, (c)상술한 유리체의 적어도 한부분을 약3,000-3,500A 사이의 파장을 갖는 자외선에 노출시키는 단계, (d)상술한 유리체내에 콜로이드성 은의 핵을 발달시키기에 충분한 시간동안 상술한 유리의 연화점보다 150℃이하 내지는 상술한 유리의 연화점보다 약 50℃이상의 온도로 상술한 유리체의 적어도 상술한 노출된 부분을 가열하는 단계,(e) 500℃이하의 온도로 상술한 유리체의 적어도 상술한 노출된 부분을 냉각시켜 상술한 콜로이드성 은상에 NaF핵의 발달을 유발하는 단계, (f)상술한 해상에 불투명화를 유발하는 NaF결정체의 성장을 일으키기에 충분한 시간동안 상술한 유리의 연화점이하 약100℃보다 낮은 온도로 상술한 유리체의 적어도 상술한 노출된 부분을 재가열하는 단계, (g)상술한 유리체를 실온으로 냉각시키는 단계로 구성되는 불투명화를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상술한 유리는 2%이하의 Li2O, 5%이하의 K2O, 0.1% 이하의 SnO, 3% 이하의 BeO 및/ 또는 MgO 및/ 또는 CaO, 5%이하의 BaO 및 / 또는 CdO 및 / 또는 SrO, 0.1% 이하의 CI과 0.2% 이하의 I를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상술한 유리내에 TiO2및/ 또는 Fe2O3불순물의 최대량은 100ppm 이하임을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 용이하게 환원될 수 있는 산화물이 실질적으로 배제됨을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 제조방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 노출된 상술한 유리의 적어도 한부분은 자외선에 노출시 약300℃-400℃의 온도임을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 제조방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 노출된 상술한 유리의 적어도 한부분은 자외선에 노출시 약300-400℃의 온도임을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 제조방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 노출된 상술한 유리의 적어도 한부분은 자외선에 노출시 약300-400℃의 온도임을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 제조방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 노출된 상술한 유리의 적어도 한부분은 자외선에 노출시 약300℃-400℃의 온도임을 특징으로 하는 유리제품의 제조방법.
