음극선관용 전자총의 현가형 캐소오드 구조체 제작 방법에 있어서, 슬리이브(S) 상단에 플레어(cf)가 형성된 캡(C)을 삽입하고 이를 상면과 그면에서 압착력을 가하여 상기플레어 (cf)를 슬리이브에 압착 용접하는 캡용접공정과, 상기 캡(C)이 용접된 슬리이브(S)의 외주면에 수직 방향으로 복수개의 금속테이프(T)를 절곡한후 소정의간격으로 각각 동시에 용접하는 금속테이프 용접공정과, 상기 외주면에 금속테이프(T)가 용접된 슬리이브(S)의 중심과상기 슬리이브(S)가 삽입되는 홀더(S)의 중심이 일치한 상태에서 슬리이브(S)를 하부로 이동시키거나 홀더를 상부로 이동시킴으로써 상기 슬리이브(S)가 홀더(H)의 내부에 삽입됨과 동시에 슬리이브(S)의 외주면에 용접된 금속테이프(T)는 홀더(H)의 상단부에 위치하도록하여 이를 홀더의 상단부에 동시에 용접하는 홀더 삽입공정과, 상기 홀더(H)의 상단부에 각각의 금속테이프(T)를 절단하고 그 잔여분은 홀더 상부의 외주면에 밀착하는 금속테이프 절단공정을 순차적으로 수행하여서 하나의 캐소오드 구조체를 완성하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 전자총의 현가형 캐소오드 구조체 제작방법.In the method of manufacturing a suspension cathode structure of an electron gun for a cathode ray tube, a cap (C) having a flare (cf) is inserted into an upper portion of the sleeve (S), and the compressive force is applied to the flare (cf) from the upper surface and the surface thereof.
