Claims (7)
- 섬유형성성(性)의 테트라플루오로에 틸렌을 카본블랙과 혼합하고, 얻어진 혼합물에 혼련조제를 가하여 혼련하여, 혼련물을 룰에서 압연하여 시트를 제조하는 도전성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 섬유 형성성 테트라플루오로에틸렌이 입자경 0.5㎛이하의 미(微) 분말을 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 카본블랙이 질소흡착 비표면적(N2SA)40∼206㎡/g,DBP 흡유량 50∼155ml/100g의 입자성질을 갖는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 카본블랙이 전기 혼합물에 차지하는 비율이 80∼95중량%인 특허청 구의 범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 혼련조제의 첨가량이 전기한 카본블랙의 1∼1.5 배양(量)인 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 혼련조제가 글리세린, 솔벤트, 나프타, 저점도 에폭시수지 및 케러 신(kerosene)에서 선택되는 특허청구의 범위 제1한 기재의 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 혼련을 100℃이상으로 가열하면서 5rpm을 초과하지 않는 회전수로 행하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
