제1도는 본 발명에 관한 실린더를 포함하는 요부의 종단면도.
제2도, 제3도, 제4도느 본 발명에 관한 급사절환(변환)장치를 보여주며,
제2도는 급사(실공급) 핑거(Finger)가, 작동위치에, 제3도는 급사핑거가 불작동위치에 있는 상태를 보여주는 단면도.
제4도는 제3도에서의 4-4화살표 방향 사시한 배면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 프로그램에 의하여 전기적으로 제어되어 기축을 중심으로하여 바늘실린더(1)의 회전과 동기로 회전하는 선정장치(51)와, 이러한 선정장치에 의하여, 바늘(2)로의 급사를 하는 작동위치 또는 바늘로의 급사를 중지하는 불작동 위치로 선택적으로 움직여지는 병설복수개의 급사핑거(12, 13, 14, 15)를 갖는 환편기에서의 급사절환장치에서, 상기한 선정장치(51)에는 급사핑거(12, 13, 14, 15)에 대하여 한쌍의 전자석 블럭(89, 90)이 구비되어 있고, 이러한 전자석 블럭에 대향하여 각 선정소자(99)가, 각각 마련되어 있고, 이들의 선정소자에 대향하여 선정부재(120, 130, 140, 150)가, 마련되어 있고, 선정부재의 편기의 안쪽에 면한 부분에는, 선정배트(124, 134, 144, 154, 125, 135, 145, 155)와, 캔셀링 배트(122, 132, 142, 152), (123, 133, 143, 153)와, 안내배트(121, 131, 141, 151)가 마련되어 있고, 이런한 선정부재의 편기의 외측에 면한 부분은 요동 커플링에 의하여 슬라이더(26)와 연결되어 있으며, 상기한 선정부재(120, 130, 140, 150)의 상하단은 캔 셀링 캠(95, 97)의 작용하에서 안내배트(121, 131, 141, 151)의 움직임을 규제하는 규제블럭(94)을 지점으로하여 직경방향으로 가동할 수 있고, 상기한 선정부재(120, 130, 140, 150)를 위로 밀어올리기 위한 올림 캠(98)이 마련되고 있고, 또한 상기한 선정부재(120, 130, 140, 150)를 밀어내리기 위한 내림 캠(96)이 마련되어 있으며, 상기한 선정장치(51)에 대향하여 3아암레버로된 요동부재(22)가 마련되어 있어서, 이러한 3아암 레버의 제1아암(23)에는 상기한 급사핑거(12, 13, 14, 15)가 접속되어 있고, 제2의 아암(24)에는 상기한 슬라이더(26)가 접속되어 있으며, 제3의 아암(25)에는 클로우(28)가 탄력적으로 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환편기에 있어서의 급사절환장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비금사시의 실끝포촉 또는 절단장치(31)로서, 고정날(34)과, 실끝 포촉부재(33)와, 가동날(32)을 구비하며, 상기한 클로우(28)와, 회전아암(53)을 개재하여 상기한 선정장치에 지지된 회전 캠(52)에 의하여 작동되는 장치(31)가 마련되어 있는 급사절환장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 급사절환시, 각 급사핑거의 상이한 위치로부터의 실줄을 일정방향으로 바늘로 급사함과 동시에 그 유지된 실끝부를 절단하는 장치(58)로서, 상기한 회전아암(53)을 개재하여 상기한 선정장치(51)에 의하여 지지되어 있는 실받이 지부(60)와, 절결부(61), 카터(62)를 구비하고 있는 장치(58)가 마련되어 있는 기재의 급사절환장치.
