제1도는 본발명에 잇어서의 제진재의 밀착추종성을 측정하기 위한 스틸제 기판의 단면도,
제2도는 제진재의 밀착추종성의 평가를 나타낸 단면도이다.
Claims (18)
- 석유수지 100중량부에 대해서 아스팔트 100-500중량부 및 마이카 90-400중량부를 단, 마이카의 배합량을 아스팔트의 배합량보다도 소량으로하여 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 제진성을 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 석유수지의 화점이 환구법(Ring and Ball method)으로 측정하여 30-160℃의 범위인 제진성을 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 석유수지가 방향족계 석유수지인 제진성을 갖는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 방향족 석유수지가 이소프로페닐 톨루엔계 석유수지인 제진성을 갖는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 이소프로페닐톨루엔계 석유수지가 파라-이성체를 20-60%의 범위로 함유하고 있는 제진성을 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아스팔트가 1-20중량%범위의 유지를 함유하는 유지변성 아스팔트인 제진성을 갖는 조성물.
- 석유수지 100중량부에 대해서 아스팔트 100-500중량부 및 마이카 90-400중량부를 단, 마이카의 배합량을 아스팔트의 배합량보다도 소량으로 하여 혼합시켜 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 제진재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 두께가 0.1-10㎜로 형성되고 밀착추종성을 갖는 제진재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 석유수지의 연화점이 환구법으로 측정하여 30-160℃의 범위인 제진재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 석유수지가 방향족계 석유수지인 제진재.
- 제10항에 있어서, 방향족제 석유수지가 이소프로페닐톨루엔계 석유수지인 제진재.
- 제11항에 있어서, 방향족계 석유수지가 파라-이성체를 20-60%의 범위로 함유하고 있는 제진재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아스팔트가 1-20중량%범위의 유지를 함유하는 유지변성 아스팔트인 제진재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 석유수지 100중량부에 대해서 0.01-0.5중량부의 소포제를 더 함유하는 제진재.
- 제8항 기재의 제진재를 곡면을 갖는 기판에 가열 압착 또는 가열용융 밀착시킴을 특징으로 하는 제진재의 사용방법.
- 연화점이 30-140℃이고 프리델크라프트 촉매의 존재하에서 중합해서 얻어지는 석유수지 100중량부에 대해서 아스팔트 100-500중량부 및 마이카 90-100중량부를 단, 마이카의 배합량을 아스팔트의 배량보다도 소량으로하여 용융혼련시켜 중합시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제진재의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 석유수지를 먼저 아스팔트와 용융혼련시킨 후에 그 혼련물에 마이카를 가하여 용융혼련시킴을 특징으로 하는 제진재의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 용융혼련물을 카렌더롤로 0.1-10㎜두께로 압연하는 것을 특징으로 제진재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
