Claims (1)
- FeaBbSic의 비정질합금(여기서, a, b, c는 각 원소의 at%를 의미함)을 자장중에서 열처리하는 방법에있어서, 상기 a=75-80, b=5-15 및 c=15 이하의 비정질합금을 280-410℃의 온도에서 1592-7960A/m의 직류자장을 가하면서 15-60분동안 유지한 다음 5-20℃/min의 냉각속도로 소둔시킴을 특징으로 하는 비정질합금의 자장중 열처리방법.
