자기발생식 진공기법에 의한 기대복합체의 제조방법 및 그것으로 부터 제조된 제품
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 외부 밀봉 수단을 이용한 본 발명의 방법에 의한 전형적인 레이-업의 개요 단면도이다.
제2도는 표준 레이-업에 적용된 본 발명의 방법의 개략흐름도이다.
제3도는 실시예 1에서 형성된 최종 기대 복합체의 수평단면도의 사진이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 기질 금속, 반응성 대기, 불침투성 콘테이너, 유동성 충전체 및 충전 물질의 예비성형체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 물질을 최소한 하나 포함하는 침투성 물질 그리고 이 침투성 물질에 인접해 있는 최소한 하나의 이차 소체 또는 부가 소체로 구성된 반응 시스템을 만들고; 이 반응 시스템을 그 외부에 있는 실온 대기로부터 최소한 부분적으로 밀폐시켜 상기 반응 대기와 상기 실온 대기간에 순압력차를 형성시키고, 이때 밀폐는 외부시일(seal)내부의 물리적 시일 및 내부의 화학적 시일중 최소한 하나에 의해 제공되며, 밀폐된 반응 시스템을 가열하여 기질 금속을 용융시키고 상기 최소한 하나의 소체에 이 용융된 기질 금속을 최소한 부분적으로 침투시켜 상기 최소한 하나의 이차 소체 또는 부가 소체에 완전히 결합 또는 연결되는 금속 기질 복합체를 제조함으로써 거대 복합체를 제조하는 단계로 구성된 거대 복합체의 제조방법.
