Abstract

Prikazani pronalazak se odnosi na POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE MAKROKOMPOZITNIH TELA TEHNIKOM SA SAMOGENERISANIM VAKUUMOM I PROIZVODI DOBIJENI POMOĆU NJEGA. Tačnije, jedan pogodan matrični metal, obično u rastopljenom stanju, dovodi se u dodir sa odgovarajućom masom materijala punioca ili prethodno oblikovanog tela postavljenog uz, ili u dodiru sa najmanje jednim drugim materijalom u prisustvu pogodne reaktivne atmosfere u jednom nepropustljivom kontejneru bar u nekoj tački u toku procesa; što omogućuje da dodje do reakcije izmedju reaktivne atmosfere i rastopljenog matričnog metala i/ili mase materijala punioca prethodno oblikovanog tela i/ili nepropustljivog kontejnera, čime se prouzrokuje da rastopljen matrični metal infiltrira masu materijala punioca ili prethodno oblikovanog tela usled stvaranja samogenerisanog vakuuma. Ova infiltracija samogenerisanim vakuumom dešava se bez primene ma kakvog spoljneg pritiska ili vakuuma. Rastopljeni matrični metal infiltrira masu punioca ili prethodno oblikovanog tela u tolikoj meri, da rastopljeni matrični metal dodje u dodir sa delom najmanje jednog drugog materijala. Nakon hladjenja matričnog metala na temperaturu ispod tačke topljenja matričnog metala, obrazovano je makrokompozitno telo koje sadrži kompozitno telo sa metalnom matricom zalepljeno bar na deo drugog materijala.
