Claims (1)

  1. 형상화된 금속 기질 복합체의 제조방법에 있어서, 기질금속, 반응성 분위기, 블투과성 콘테이너, 충전물의 느슨한 덩어리 및 충전물의 예비형체로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 투과성 덩어리, 및 상기 형상화된 금속기질 복합체의 적어도 한표면을 형성시키기 위해 상기 투과성 덩어리의 적어도 한표면의 적어도 한 부분에 접촉되고 상기 기질금속과 적어도 부분적으로 간격을 두고 있는 차단 수단을 포함하는 반응 시스템 제조하는 단계; 상기 반응 분위기 및 상기 주위분위기 사이에 순수 압력차를 형성시키기 위해, 적어도 하나의 내부 밀폐로, 내부 물리적 밀폐물 및 내부 화합적 밀폐물로 상기 반응시스템 외부의 주변 분위기로부터 반응 시스템을 부분적으로 밀폐시키는 단계; 및 상기 기질금속을 용융시키고 상기 용융금속이 상기 차단 수단까지 상기 투과성 덩어리를 적어도 부분적으로 침투 하여, 상기 차단수단에 의해 형성된 상기 적어도 하나의 표면을 갖는 상기 형상화 된 금속기질 복합체를 형성하도록 상기 밀폐된 반응 시스템을 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는제조방법.
