제 1도는 컴퓨터 주변기기를 통상 접속하는데 사용되는 것으로서,본 발명에 이용되는 초소형 접속기(D subminiature connector)의 사시도,제1a도는 제1도의 1a-1a선 부분단면도,
제 2도는 본 발명에 따른 훼라이트코아와 제1도에 도시한 접속기를 함께 보여주는 분해사시도,
제 3도는 제1도의 도시한 접속기 플러그의 배면도.
Claims (11)
- 전송라인이 적어도 그 일측 끝에 접속기 플러그를 포함하되 훼라이트코아는 접속기 플러그내에 수용되고 상기 훼라이트코아가 접속기 플러그내에서 접속기 플러그의 여러접속부가 되는 모든 도전체를 둘러싸도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전송라인 상호 접속이 이루어지는 전자장비로부터 발생되는 무선주파잡음의 저감장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,접속기 플러그가 축방향의 일정크기를 가지고 있으되, 상기 훼라이트코아가 접속기 플러그이 축방향 크기보다 작은 축방향크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 저감장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 훼라이트코아가 일정면을 따라 2개로 나뉘어져 2개의 동일한 크기이고 대칭의 부분을 갖도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저감장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,전송라인접속기 플러그가 플러그의 내측벽에 의하여 한정되는 내측공간을 가지고 있고 상기 훼라이트코아가 내부공간을 한정하는접속기 플러그의 내측벽과 일치하는 외측표면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저감장치.
- 훼라이트코아가 두부분을 한정하기 위한 면을 따라 2개로 나뉘어지고 외측표면을 가지고 있으되, 2개로 나뉘어진 부분이 서로 결합되면 접속기 플러그의 내측벽에 일치되고 접속기 플러그의 벽은 내부 공간을 한정하여 상기 코아가 접속기 플러그내에 수용되어 접속기 플러그의 여러 접속부가 되는 모든 컨덕트를 감싸도록 이루어져 전자장비를 전원에 접속하거나 전자장비를 상호 접속하기 위한 전송라인의 적어도 일측 끝에 접속기 플러그를 사용하고, 전송라인으로부터 발생되는 무선주파잡음을 저감하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,접속기 플러그의 여러접속부가 되는 도전체를 구성하는 묶음이 정렬, 스트레인경감 및 차폐 접지가 용이하도록 플러그의 내측벽에 견고하게 결합하기 위하여 일측에 접속기 플러그의 내측벽에 고정될 수 있는 클립수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,접속기 플러그가 축방향으로 일정크기를 가지고 있고 상기 훼라이트코아가 접속기 플러그의 축방향 크기보다 작은 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- (a)접속기 플러그 내 내측공간을 한정하는 내측벽과 일치하는 외측표면부를 갖는 훼라이트코아를 제공하는 단계; (b) 프러그내 다수의 접속부가 되는 플러그내 한묶음의 도전체를 노출시키기 위하여, 상,하부케이스중 하나를 분리함으로서 접속기 플러그를 분해하게 되는 단계; (c)접속기 플러그 절반의 내측벽 부분과 일치하는 훼라이트코아의 외측표면 일측에 접속기 플러그 상,하부케이스 중 하나내에 훼라이트코아를 자리잡게 하는 단계; (d)훼라이트코아내에 중앙의 축방향으로 연장된 채널을 통하여 도전체 묶음을 통과시키는 단계; (e)접속기 플러그의 상,하부케이스를 결합하여 접속기 플러그를 재조립하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전송라인으로부터 발생되는 무선주파잡음을 저감시키기 위하여 전자장비의 전송라인 한쪽 끝에 접속기 플러그를 형성하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 훼라이트를 제공하는 단계가 전송라인 접속기 플러그의 축에 대하여 축방향의 연장면을 따라 두 개로 분리된 훼라이트코아를 제공하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제공된 훼라이트코아가 전송라인 접속기 플러그의 축방향크기보다 작은 축방향크기로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a)내부에 형성된 축방향 연장채널을 가지고 있는 유전체 훼라이트코아를 제공하는 단계; (b)케이블차폐에 의하여 둘러싸여진 한묶음의 데이터컨덕터를 노출시키기 위하여 접속기 플러그 케이스를 분해하는 단계; (c)훼라이트코아내에 형성된 축방향으로 연장되는 채널을 통하여 묶음의 케이블 차폐데이타 컨덕터를 이송시키는 단계; 및(d)접속기 플러그 케이스내에 훼라이트코아를 자리잡게하고 플러그케이스를 재조립하는 단계로 이루어지고(e)여기에서 케이블차폐체와 데이터컨덕터는 일측에 다양한 바이패스캐패시터의 제1플레이트로 구성되고 타측엔 다양한 캐패시터의 제2플레이트로 구성되어, 복수개의 바이패스캐패시터를 형성함으로서 일측끝엔 접속기플럭 케이스를 가지고 있는 전송라인으로부터 발생되는 무선주파잡음을 저감하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
