Claims (17)
- 조정가능한 광 전송성을 가지고 있고, 전극과 함께 제공된2개의 지지판사이에 강유전체 액정 매체를 포함하고 있는 액정 디스플레이 장치로서, 이러한 장치의 표면 양쪽이 뷰될 때, 강유전체 액정 분자와 스메틱 층의 각기 지지판중 최소 하나의 지지판에 따른 확장을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 지지판 사이에 강유전체 액정 매체를 포함하고, 제1장치는 행 전극의 시스템을 포함하고 있고, 제2장치는 행 전극과 열 전극의 크로싱에서 픽셀을 한정하는 열 전극의 시스템을 포함하고 있는 디스플레이장치로서, 강유전체 액정 분자의 스메틱층의 각은 픽셀을 한정하는 부분 양쪽이 뷰될 때와 같이 열전극 또는 행 전극의 픽셀을 한정하는 부분의 최소 지역에 지지판중 최소 하나의 지지판에 따른 확장을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 픽셀 양단 또는 장치의 표면 양단이 뷰될때, 전송/전압 특성이 임계 전압의 확장을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 확장이 실제로 균일한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이장치.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 행 전극 또는 열 전국중 하나의 전극이 픽셀의 장소에 표면 조도로 확장을 하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 선행항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전송/전압 특성에서 전송 범위의 폭이 최소 0.5Volt인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액정 디스플레이 장치가 픽셀당 10개의 스페이서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 스페이서 입자가 실제로 균일하게 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이장치.
- 제2항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소망된 전송 상태가 라인 선택동안에 극단의 전송 상태로부터 도달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에서 청구된 바와 같은 장치의 제조방법에 있어서, 이러한 장치가 낮은 필드강도로 최소하나의 저주파수 전기 필드 처리에 종속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 낮은 필드 강도로 저주파수 전기 필드 처리후에 높은 필드 강도로 최소 하나의 저주파수 처리에 종속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 다른 필드 강도로 다수의 저주파수 처리에 종속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이장치의 제조방법.
- 제10항, 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기의 장치가 더 높은 필드 강도를 가지고 있는 필드에서 전기필드 처리에 선행하여 종속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법.
- 제10항, 제11항, 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 전기 필드 처리가 열처리와 함께 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 바와같은 액정 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법으로써, 지지판에 다른 스메틱 층의 각의 확장이 열처리에 위해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 열처리가 국부가열, 국부냉각 또는 온도 변화를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 액정 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법으로써, 지지판에 따른 스메틱 층의 각의 확장이 기계 또는 화학 처리에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
