Claims (10)

  1. 약 50 내지 70중량%의 광물섬유, 15 내지 35중량%의 진주암, 1 내지 10중량%의 셀룰로오즈성 섬유 및 4 내지 15중량%의 결합제의 혼합물을 특징으로 하는, 강성의 자립적인 광물섬유 음향판지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 광물섬유가 광물면을 포함하고, 광물면이 바람직하게는 결절됨을 특징으로 하는 섬유판지.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물이 약 64 내지 66중량%의 광물면, 21 내지 28중량%의 진주암, 2 내지 5중량%의 셀룰로오즈성 섬유 및 4 내지 10중량%의 결합제(결합제는 바람직하게는 전분이다)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 섬유판지.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 섬유판지가 서로 마주보는 주요 표면들을 가지며 이들 표면중의 하나가 열구되거나 구멍 뚫림을 특징으로 하는 섬유판지.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유판지가 서로 마주보는 주요 표면들을 가지며 이들 표면중의 하나가 미세하게 조직된 외형을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 섬유판지.
  6. 약 50 내지 70중량%의 광물섬유, 15 내지 35중량%의 진주암, 1 내지 10중량%의 셀룰로오즈성 섬유 및 4 내지 15중량%의 결합제의 혼합물로서 판지-형성 고체를 제공하는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 판지-형성 고체의 수성 슬러리를 연속적으로 탈수하여 습식 펠트를 수득하고 당해 습식 펠트를 건조시키는 광물섬유 음향판지의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 이동하는 망사 스크린 위에 판지-형성 고체의 혼합물을 함유하는 수성 슬러리를 침착시켜 부분적으로 탈수된 습식 펠트를 형성하고; 부분적으로 탈수된 습식 펠트를 압축하여 이로부터 물을 추가로 제거하며; 탈수하는 동안 망사 스크린과 접촉하지 않은 펠트 표면을 임의로 피복하고; 습식 펠트를 건조시키며; 탈수하느는 동안 망사 스크린과 접촉된 건조 펠트 표면 위에 장식용 패턴을 형성하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 혼합물 중의 광물 섬유가 광물면을 포함하고, 당해 광물면이 바람직하게는 결절되며, 결합제가 전분을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 판지형성고체가 약 64 내지 66중량%의 광물면, 21 내지 28중량%의 진주암, 2 내지 5중량%의 셀룰로오즈성 섬유 4 내지 10중량%의 전분의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항, 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 표면에 대해 마모재료(마모재료는 바람직하게는 호두껍질이다)를 처리하기위해 원심력을 이용하여 바퀴부착식 분사가공기에 의해 건조된 펠트의 표면을 마모시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
