고양이 인터페론 및 이의 제조방법

제1도는 FeIFN 단백질을 암호화하는 DNA를 함유하는 플라스미드 pFeIFN1의 제한지도이다.
제2도는 FeIFN을 암호화하는 DNA를 함유하는 재조합 플라스미드 pBmFeIFN1의 제조과정을 나타낸 것이다.
제3도는 FeIFN을 암호화하는 DNA를 함유하는 재조합 플라스미드 pBmFeIFN2-1, pBmFeIFN2-2 및 pBmFeIFN2-3의 제조과정을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 고양이 인터페론 단백질을 암호화하는 DNA를 함유하는 재조합 실크윔 핵 폴리헤드로시스 바이러스.
  2. BmFeIFN1(ECACC V89062701). pBmFeIFN2-1, BmFeIFN2-2, BmFeIFN2-3 및 rBNY100으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 재조합 실크윔 핵 폴리헤드로시스 바이러스.
  3. 고양이 인터페론 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자를 지니는 재조합 플라스미드와 실크윔 핵 폴리헤드로시스 바이러스, DNA 를 확립한 실크윔 바이러스에 동시 형질 감염시키고, 목적하는 재조합 바이러스를 클론화시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 고양이 인터페론 단백질을 암호화하는 DNA 및 실크윔 폴리헤드로시스 바이러스를 유전자 재조합시켜 구성된 재조합 실크윔 핵 폴리헤드로 시스 바이러스를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 플라스미드가 pBmFeIFN1, pBmFeIFN2-1, pBmFeIFN2-2, pBmFeIFN2-3 및 pYU871로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 확립된 실크윔 세포가 BM-N세포인 방법.
  6. 고양이 인터페론 단백질을 암호화하는 DNA 와 실크윔 핵 폴리헤드로시스 바이러스의 유전자 재조합에 의해 구성된 재조합 실크윔 핵 폴리헤드로시스 바이러스를 배양시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 고양이 인터페론의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 재조합 바이러스가 BmFeIFN1(ECACC V89062701). pBmFeIFN2-1, BmFeIFN2-2, BmFeIFN2-3 및 rBNY100으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 재조합 바이러스가 확립된 실크윔 세포 또는 실크윔 몸체에서 증식되는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 확립된 실크윔 BM-M세포인 방법.
  10. 고양이 인터페론 단백질을 암호화하는 DNA와 실크윔 핵 폴리헤드로시스 바이러스를 유전자 재조합시켜 구성된 재조합 실크윔 핵 폴리헤드로시스 바이러스를 증식시켜 수득할 수 있는 고양이 인터페론.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 분자량이 약 25,000인 고양이 인터페론.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 제6도의 아미노산 서열을 지니는 고양이 인터페론.
  13. 고양이 인터페론을 컬럼 크로마토그래피하여 정제하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 고양이 인터페론 단백질을 암호화하는 DNA와 실크윔 핵 폴리헤드로시스 바이러스를 유전자 재조합시켜 구성된 재조합 실크윔핵 폴리헤드로시스 바이러스를 증식시켜 수득할 수 있는 고양이 인터페론을 정제하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 청색색소가 결합되는 담체 및 킬레이트 연결체를 통하여 구리가 결합되는 담체로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 담체 하나이상을 사용하여 컬럼 크로마토그래피를 하는 방법.
