본 고안은 양말본체에 망공이형으로 형성되는 망공무늬를 줄무늬로 편성하여 이루어지는 망무늬 양말에 관한 것으로 본 고안의 목적은 통기성이 양호하고 외양이 아름다운 망무늬를형으로 형성하여 보다 위생적이고 상품성이 높은 양말을 얻게한 것이다.
종래의 양말은 망공무늬가형으로 매치되거나형으로 배치되는 것이므로 외관이 단순하고 표면적에 비하여 통기량도 적어서 하절용 양말의 경우 실용성이 적고 상품가치가 적은 불편이 있었으나 망공을형으로 편성하는데는 상당한 기계적 장치와 고안이 필요하므로 현재까지 실행되지 않은 상태에 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 하측횡침과 하판과 상판에 분리하여 장치하고 그 회전중심을 편위되게 하므로써 직성하고저 하는형 망공의 내측 망무늬와 외측망무늬를 차질없이 편성할 수 있도록하여 소만의 양말이 형성되게 한 것으로 이를 보다 상세히 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
양말본체(1)에 망공무늬를 형성함에 있어서 기준선(4) 양측으로 내측망공부(2)와 외측망공부(3)를형으로 형성하여 줄무늬로 구성하되 선침(5)이 장치된 실린더(12)외주에 횡설되는 하판횡침(8)은 그 하판(11) 중심에 실린더 중심과 편위하도록 장치(제3도)하여 하판횡침(8)이 선침(5)의 우측홈(6)을 통해 망형성코(14)를 걸어 후진방향의 선침에 걸어주는 방법으로 코를 걸어 내측망공부(2)를 형성케하고 실린더(21) 상측에는 상측횡침(9)이 횡설되는 상판(13)을 편위되게 장치하여 상판이 회전하면서 상측횡침(9)이 선침(5)의 좌측홈(7)을 통해 망형성코를 걸어 전진방향의 선침에 옮겨주는 방법(제5도)으로 외측망공부(3)를 성형하므로써 기준선(4) 양측으로형이 유지되게 망공무늬가 형성되게 한 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 하판(11)과 상판(13)이 실린더 회전중심에 대하여 편위하여 회전중심이 형성되므로 하측횡침(8)은 후진방법으로 상측횡침은 전진방법으로 망형성코를 선침에 걸어 망공을 편성시키도록 옮겨주므로 양말을 짜는 과정에서 필요한 위치에서 망공이형으로 형성되는 망무늬의 양말을 정확하게 편성할 수 있도록 되고 능률적이고 착오없는 직성이 가능케되며 이와같이된 본 고안의 양말은 단위면적에 대한 통기량이 높고 무늬가 아름다운 상품성이 높으며 대량생산이 가능케되는 망무늬양말을 얻는 것이다.

  1. 도면에 표시한 것과같이 양말본체(1)에 망공무늬를 형성함에 있어서 기준선(4) 양측으로 내측망공부(2)와 외측망공부(3)를형으로 형성하여 줄무늬로 구성하되 선침(5)이 장치된 실린더(2)외주에 횡설되는 하판횡침(8)은 그 하판(11) 중심에 실린더중심과 편위하도록 장치(제3도)하여 하판횡침(8)이 선침(5)의 우측홈(6)을 통해 망형성코(14)를 걸어 후진방향의 선침에 걸어주는 방법으로 코를 걸어 내측망공부(2)를 형성케하고 실린더(12) 상측에는 상측횡침(9)이 횡설되는 상판(13)을 편위되게 장치하여 상판이 회전하면서 상측횡침(9)이 선침(5)의 좌측홈(7)을 통해 망형성코를 걸어 전진방향의 선침에 옮겨주는 방법(제5도)으로 외측망공부(3)를 성형하므로써 기준선(4) 양측으로형이 유지되게 망공무늬가 형성되게 망공이형으로 형성되는 망무늬 양말.
