Claims (28)

  1. 저융점 알킬 에스테르의 용융물을 물과 섞이는 유기 용매의 냉각 교반되는 수용액에 도입킨다음 생성한 과립을 단리하는 것을 포함하는 장애 드록시페닐기를 갖는 저융점 알킬 에스테르 과립의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 장애 히드록시페닐기를 함유하는 알킬 에스테르가 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물인 방법.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 서로 독립해서 1내지 8개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬이고, x는 0내지 6의 정수이며, 또 y는 6내지 30의 정수임.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R2가 히드록시기에 대하여 오르토 위치에 존재하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 모두 메틸, 이소프로필, 3차 부틸 또는 3차 펜틸인 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2중 어느 하나가 메틸이고 다른 하나가 이소프로필, 3차 부틸 또는 3차 펜틸인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, x가 1,2 또는 3인 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, y가 6내지 20의 정수인 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 장애 히드록시페닐기를 함유하는 알킬 에스테르가 옥타데실 3,5-디-3차부틸-4-히드록시히드로신나메이트인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 장애 히드록시페닐기를 함유하는 알킬 에스테르의 융점이 20℃내지 100℃인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 융점이 30℃내지 80℃인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 물과 섞이는 유기용매가 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, 아세톤, 아세토니트릴 또는 에틸렌글리콜인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 물과 섞이는 유기용매가 메탄올 또는 에탄올인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 교반된 수용액의 온도가 5℃내지 15℃인 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 에스테르가 옥타데실 3,5-디-3차부틸-4-히드록시히드로신나메이트이고 또 냉각 수용액이 5℃내지 25℃로 유지된 수성 메탄올인 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 에스테르가 옥타데실 3,5-디-3차부틸-4-히드록시히드로신나메이트이고 또 냉각 수용액이 15℃미만으로 유지된 수성 메탄올인 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 융점물의 온도가 55℃내지 80℃인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 융점물의 온도가 60℃내지 65℃인 방법.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 융점물이 5내지 15%메탄올을 함유하는 방법.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 수성메탄올이 5내지 20%물을 함유하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 수성메탄올이 8내지 12%물을 함유하는 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 수성메탄올이 약10%물을 함유하는 방법.
  22. 제1항에 있어서 물과 섞이는 유기 용매에 도입된 용융물이 용매의 5중량% 미만인 방법.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 용매에 도입된 용융물이 약 2%이하인 방법.
  24. 제14항에 있어서, 수성 메탄올의 온도가 5℃내지 15℃로 유지되는 방법.
  25. 제14항에 있어서, 용융물을 연속적인 유동계에 있는 수성 메탄올에 도입시키는 방법.
  26. 장애 히드록시페닐기를 함유하는 저융점 알킬 에스테르의 비유동성의 분진이 없는 과립.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 옥타데실 3,5-디-3차부틸-4-히드록시히드로 신나메이트인 과립.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 입도가 10내지 60메쉬인 과립.
