Claims (2)
- 변질되기 쉬운 식품을 동결시키는데 있어서, 단부가 개방되어 있는 각각의 열전도 장치의 한쪽표면을 개방된 탱크내에 들어있는 비점이 낮은 액화 개스 또는 냉각용수와 접촉되게 하고, 식품을 열전도 장치의 한폭표면과 접촉된 상태로 동결 시키고, 상기 열전도 장치의 상기 한쪽표면과 접하고 있는 식품의 표면으로 부터만 식품이 동결되게 하여 식품 내부에 얼음결정이 형성되지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변질 되기 쉬운 식품을 동결시키는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열전도 장치가 얕고 플레이트형의 금속 컨테이너이고, 금속 컨테이너는 냉각용수 또는 액화 개스의 표면에 부유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
