본고안은 구두중창 또는 신발안창에 관한것이다.
본고안은 특히 중창의 앞편중간을 공동으로한 테두리와 뒷편중창을 일체로하여 합성고무 또는 합성수지로 성형하고 기판을 접착 결합한 구두중창 또는 신발안창에 관한다.
종래의 방식은 일반적으로 종이제로 된 기판에 종이제 테두리를 하여 직포로 테두리를 감싼 것을 주로 사용해 왔으나, 변형이 되기 쉽고 공정이 복잡하였다. 또한 한국 실용신안 공고 제84-1876호(출원 제82-10388호, 합성수지제 구두중창)에서는 전체를 합성수지제로하여 홈과 기판중간에 다수개의 돌기를 갖게한것이 있으나 이는 전혀 종이체를 사용하지 않은 합성수지제이여서 땀의 흡수문제, 발냄새처리등을 해결하는 종래의 종이제택숑(TEXON, BONTEX, FRESH TREATED)또는 콜크제의 장점을 살릴수 없는 문제가 있다.
본 고안에서는 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하면서 종이제의 장점을 살리기위하여 구두중창 또는 신발 안창의 앞편 중간부분을 공동으로한 전체테두리와 뒷편 기판을 합성고무 또는 합성수지로 일체를 성형한후 종이제 또는 콜크제로된 앞편기판을 결합시키는 것이다. 기판과 결합시킬때의 수단은 성형후 접착 또는 금형에 앞편기판을 깔아 성형과 동시에 열압결착시킨다.
본 고안은 도면에 의하여 설명하면, 도면에서 본 고안의 구두중창 또는 신발안창(1)은 앞편기판(3), 테두리(2)와 일체로된 뒷면중창(4)로서 구성된다. 본 고안의 구두중창 또는 신발안창은 전체테두리(2)와 뒷편 중창(4)를 일체로 합성고무 또는 합성수지로 성형함으로서 공업적으로 양산이 가능하고 앞편기판(3)은 따로이 타발형성하여 공지의 방법으로 접착결합 또는 압축성형 또는 사출성형시에 열압결착 함으로서 본고안의 구두중창 또는 신발안창을 제작한다.
이상과같이 제작한 본고안의 구두중창은 테두리부분과 뒷편이 합성고무 또는 합성수지제이므로 변형이나 파손이 되지않고 사출성형이 가능하므로 생산공정이 간단하고 장기간 사용할수 있으며, 종이제를 앞편에 사용함으로서 땀의 흡수, 통풍, 냄새처리를 동시에 할수 있는 개량된 이점이 있다.
Claims (2)
- 전체 테두리(2)와 일체로된 뒷편기판(4)을 합성고무 또는 합성수지제로 형성하고 이에 앞편기판(3)을 결합시킨 구두중창.
- 제1항에 있어서 앞편기판(3)을 종이제 또는 콜크제로 한 구두중창.
