Claims (6)

  1. 외표면을 미세한 요철의 조면(14)으로 하고 그 조면상에 두께가 10Å 이상 500Å 이하의 SNO2를 주체로하고 SbO3를 첨가한 도전막을 형성하여 이루어지며, 조면이 요철 평균지름이 3μ이상 40μ이하, 평균 거칠기(R)가 0.3μ이상 2μ이하, SNO2에 대한 SnO3의 비율이 0.1%이상 4%이하인 글라스제인 브라운관용 패널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 도전막(15)이 패널 외표면 전체에 형성되어 있는 브라운관용 패널.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 도전막(15)의 두께가 50Å 이상 150Å 이하인 브라운관용 패널.
  4. 소정형상의 패널을 용융글라스로 프레스 성형하고 플루오트산 용액으로 패널 외표면을 평균지름 3μ이상 40μ이하, 평균 거칠기 0.3μ이상 2μ이하의 미세한 요철로된 조면으로 하고 패널을 400℃이상 500℃이하로 예열하여, 산화주석 및 산화안티몬의 증기를 패널의표면에 내뿜어서 두께 10Å이상 500Å 이하의 피막을 형성시키고서 냉하므로서 이루어진 브라운관용 패널의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 증기를 내뿜기 직전의 패널온도가 430℃이상 470℃이하가 되도록 예열하는 브라운관용 패널의 제조방법.
