Claims (6)
- 외표면을 미세한 요철의 조면(14)으로 하고 그 조면상에 두께가 10Å 이상 500Å 이하의 SNO2를 주체로하고 SbO3를 첨가한 도전막을 형성하여 이루어지며, 조면이 요철 평균지름이 3μ이상 40μ이하, 평균 거칠기(R)가 0.3μ이상 2μ이하, SNO2에 대한 SnO3의 비율이 0.1%이상 4%이하인 글라스제인 브라운관용 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전막(15)이 패널 외표면 전체에 형성되어 있는 브라운관용 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전막(15)의 두께가 50Å 이상 150Å 이하인 브라운관용 패널.
- 소정형상의 패널을 용융글라스로 프레스 성형하고 플루오트산 용액으로 패널 외표면을 평균지름 3μ이상 40μ이하, 평균 거칠기 0.3μ이상 2μ이하의 미세한 요철로된 조면으로 하고 패널을 400℃이상 500℃이하로 예열하여, 산화주석 및 산화안티몬의 증기를 패널의표면에 내뿜어서 두께 10Å이상 500Å 이하의 피막을 형성시키고서 냉하므로서 이루어진 브라운관용 패널의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서 증기를 내뿜기 직전의 패널온도가 430℃이상 470℃이하가 되도록 예열하는 브라운관용 패널의 제조방법.
