Claims (10)

  1. 온도 지시용 레이블에 있어서, 상기 레이블이 제1표면위의 제1방향을 따라 베열된 다수의 늘어난 제1리세스가 상기 제1표면에 포함되며, 제2표면위의 제2방향을 따라 배열된 다수의 늘어난 제2리세스가 상기 제2표면에 포함되며, 상기 제1 및 제2리세스는 제1 및 제2홈 각각의 교차점에서 패널에 형성된 상응하는 개구부에의해 교차되는 깊이를 형성하는, 상기 패널의 마주한 측면에 관하여 제1표면과 제2표면을 가진 평면 구조의 전기적으로 절연되는 패널과 상기 제1리세스내에서 상응하는 수용에 적합한 다수의 제1전극 스트립과 상기 제2리세스내에서 상응하는 수용에 적합한 다수의 제2전극 스트립과 전류를 생성하는 도중에 상기 제1전극을 소모하도록 선택된 화학적 조성이며, 상기 제1 및 제2전극중 상응하는 전극 사이의 전기 접촉에서 상기 제2리세스에 놓은 다수의 전해질 층과 그리고, 예상 온도 수준에서 상기 제2전극중에 선택된 전극을 가진 전기 회로를 완성하기 위해 상기 제2전극을 가진 회로에 온도 수단을 포함하는 상기 제1 및 제2전극 사이에 조작하기 쉽게 연결된 스위칭 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 온도 지시용 레이블.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 상기 레이블이 상기 패널 외부 주위에 감겨진 전기적으로 절연된 덮개를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 온도 지시용 레이블.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절연 덮개가 반투명 재료의 분절을 포함하고, 상기 전해질층이 상기 제1전극과는 광학적 성질이 다름을 특징으로 하는 온도 지시용 레이블.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 또한 상기 레이블이 상기 덮개에 수용되고 상기 스위칭 수단에 연결된 전기 저장 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 온도 지시용 레이블.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1과 제2전극 및 상기 전해질층이 전해 반응에 적합한 재료로 부터 선택되며, 또한 상기 스위칭 수단이 상기 제2전극중 예상된 전극을 가진 회로를 부여하기 위해 손으로 효과적으로 접촉됨을 특징으로 하는 온도 지시용 레이블.
  6. 제4항은 있어서, 상기 덮개가 점착적 접촉에 적합함을 특징으로 하는 온도 지시용 레이블.
  7. 온도 지시용 레이블에 있어서, 상기 레이블이 일정한 간격을 유지한 다수의 구멍와 함께 제공되며, 제1 및 제2표면으로 규정되는 평면의 절연 패널과 상기 구멍으로 수용된 다량의 전해질과, 상기 구멍중 상응하는 구멍을 지나는 제1배열에서 상기 제1표면에 놓인 다수의 늘어난 제1전극과, 상기 구멍중 상응하는 구멍을 지나는, 제1배열과 교차되는 방향의 제2배열에서 상기 제2표면에 놓인 다수의 늘어난 제2전극과, 상기 제2전극중 선택된 전극에 연결된 온도 응답 회로 수단과, 그리고 상기 제1전극중 선택된 전극과 상기 회로 수단 사이에 연결된 스위칭 수단이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 온도 지시용 레이블.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1과 제2전극 및 상기 다량의 전해질이 상기 제1전극을 소모시키는 전해반응을 위해 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 온도 지시용 레이블.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 다량의 전해질이 상기 제1전극과를 광학적 성질이 다름을 특징으로 하는 온도 지시용 레이블.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 또한 상기 레이블이 상기 패널, 상기 제1과 제2전극 및 상기 스위칭 수단을 둘러싸는 반투명의 전기 절연 덮개를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 온도 지시용 레이블.
