Claims (7)

  1. 천연적인, 특히 순식물성의 신규한 지방족 알콜 혼합물 Rmix-OH 및 개선된 저온 거동을 가지면서 다음 일반식 Rmix-O-(CH2CH2O)x-H에 상응하는 그의 에톡실레이트
    (상기식에서, X는2내지 10, 바람직하게는 3내지 9이며; Rmix는 C6~20또는 C12~20의 포화 및 올레핀계 불포화 지방족 알콜 탄화수소 라디칼 중에서 선택된 혼합물을 나타내는데, 사슬 길이 범위 Rmix=C6~20인 경우는 표Ⅰ에 해당하고 Rmix=C12~20인 경우는 표Ⅱ에 해당한다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식물성 유지(fats and oils) 또는 지방산, 바람직하게는 순식물성의 지방산 및/또는 그의 에스태르의 상응하는 혼합물을 포화 탄화수소 라디칼과 모노-및 폴리올레핀계 불포화 탄화수소 라디칼의 천연적인 분포를 실질적으로 갖는 저급 알콜과 선택적 수소 첨가 반응을 시킨 다음, 임의로, 바람직하게는 알칼리 촉매의 존재하에 에톡실화 반응을 시킴으로써 수득함을 특징으로 하는 지방족 알콜 혼합물 및 그의 에톡실레이트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표Ⅰ과 같은 지방족 알콜 혼합물에서, C18′+C18″에 대한 C18′의 비율이 78%이상임을 특징으로 하는 지방족 알콜 혼합물 및 그의 에톡실레이트.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지방족 알콜 혼합물 Rmix-OH를 촉매로서 많은 양의 염기성 알칼리 금속 화합물 존재하에 높은 온도에서 에틸렌 옥사이드와 반응시킴으로써 그 염을 중화 단계(여기서, 염상태의 침전에 의해 수행되어지는 중화단계는 반응 생성물 내에 분산되어 있는 미세한 고체의 존재하에 수행된다.)에서 불응 해성 고체상으로 침전시켜 수득한 것임을 특징으로 하는 지방족 알콜에톡실레이트.
  5. 저온에서, 특히 실온에서 개선된 유동성을 나타내면서 다음 일반식 Rmix-O-(CH2CH2O)X-H (여기서, Rmix-는 제1항의 표Ⅰ 또는 Ⅱ와 같으며, x는 2내지 10, 바람직하게는 3내지 9이다.)에 상응하는 에톡실레이트를 제조하기 위한 지방족 알콜 혼합물Rmix-0H의 용도.
  6. 저온에서, 더욱 특히 실온에서 개선된 저DHS 거동을 나타내는 계면활성제 성분으로서, 다음 일반식 Rmix-O-(CH2CH2O)x-H에 상응하는 (여기서, Rmix-는 제1항의 표I 또는 Ⅱ와 같으며, x는 평균 2내지 10이며, 바람직하게는 3내지 9이다.), 천연적인, 바람직하게는 순식물성의 것 중에서 선택된 지방족 알콜 혼합물의 에톡실레이트의 용도.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제 성분으로서 상기 일반식의 에톡실레이트를 액체 배합물로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 용도.
