제3도는 전해다듬질가공기의 장치를 나타내는 개략설명도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 피가공물(4)과 피가공물에 유사한 표면을 보유하는 전극(2)을 표준평면(a)에 평행하게 위치시켜서 고정하고, 피가공물의 가공면과 전극면을 서로 대향시키고, 피가공물과 전극을 서로 접촉시키기 위하여 피가공물과 전극중 어느 한쪽을 X축의 (+)방향 및 (-)방향으로 이동시키고, 접촉위치를 검출하고, 이동대상물의 X축에 서의 이동거리 Lx를 계산하고, 대상물을 반대방향으로 Lx/2만큼 이동시키며, 피가공물과 전극을 솔서로 접촉시키기 위하여 피가공물과 전극중 어느 한쪽을 Y축의 (+)방향 및 (-)방향으로 이동시키고, 접촉위치를 검출하고, 이동대상물의 Y축에서의 이동거리(Ly)를 계산하고, 대상물을 반대방향으로 Ly/2만큼 이동시키며, 피가공물과 접촉되도록 전극을 하강시킨후에 전극을 소정거리만큼 상승시키는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해다듬질 가공장치에 있어서 센터링방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 피가공물(4)과 전극(2)을 서로 접촉시키기 위해 피가공물과 전극중 어느 한쪽을 Z측에 대해(+)방향 및 (-)방향으로 회전시키고, 접촉위치를 검출하고, 이동대상물의 회전각(Lc)을 계산하며, 대상물을 반대방향으로 Lc/2만큼 회전시키는 것이 더 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해다듬질가공장치에 있어서 센터링 방법.
