제2도는 원근 화법에 의한 전류 전도부를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 센서 코일의 감쇠가 전류 전도부(20)의 전기적 전도물질 영역 크기의 변경에 의해 변화되고 상기 코일(11,12,13,14)에 할당되는, 전기적으로 비전도 물질로 이루어진 캐리어(10)상에 장착된 센서 코일(11,12,13,14)의 도움으로 회전각을 접촉없이 결정하기 위한 측정 장치에 있어서, 상기 코일(11,12,13,14)은 중공의 실린 더 형상으로 캐리어(10)상에 장착되고, 전류 전도부(20)는 캐리어(10)에 배열되어 캐리어에 대해 움직이는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 서로 정반대로 대향된 두 개의 코일(11,12,13,14)이 몸체(10)상에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 4개의 코일(11,12,13,14)이 몸체(10)상에 배열되고, 서로 대향되게 놓인 각 경우에서 코일(11,14)의 자장 방향이 정류되고, 회전 방향에서 연속적인 코일의 자장 방향이 반대 방향으로 작용하므로써 전류 전도부(20)가 움직일 때 각 경우에 코일은 처음에 강하게 감쇠되고 다른 코일은 약하게 감쇠되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 한 항에 있어서, 전류 전도부(20)는 구부러져있고 몸체(10)의 만곡부에 일치되는 서로 대향되게 놓여 있는 전류 전도 물질의 영역(21,22)을 가지며, 상기 영역(21,22)사이의 전류 전도부는 전기 전도성이 낮은 영역(23,24)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 한 항에 있어서, 코일(11,12,13,14)의 측정 전압(Sic)은 정류되고, 연속 코일의 측정전압(Sic)은 서로 감해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 한 항에 있어서, 코일(11,12,13,14)은 몸체(10)의 내부 또는 외부에 배열된 캐리어 필름에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 캐리어 필름상의 코일(11,12,13,14)이 에칭기술로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 캐리어 필름상의 측정 코일(11,12,13,14)이 두꺼운 필름 기술로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 장치.
