Claims (14)
- 다른것에 대해 수직 평면내에 각각 설치된 한 다발의 주름판(3)으로 이루어지고, 주름은 하나의 판에서 다음판까지 반대 방향으로 경사져서 줄어들며, 각 판의 주름은 판의 측면모서리(6A),(6B)상에 상하 방향으로 각각 개방하는 제1 및 제2주름곡부(5)가 형성되어, 감소액체와 상승 기체 사이에 열 및 물질을 역류 교환하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 제1주름곡부(5)의 각각은 액체(7),(9),(10),(11)의 흐름에 대한 장애물을 저단(5A)근처에 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1주름곡부(5)의 각각의 큰 경사의 라인은 판(3)의 변형에 의해 저단(5A)에 인접해서 다르게 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1주름곡부(5)를 형성하는 주름의 저단부는 판(3)의 중간평면(P)에 압착되어, 상기 평면의 양쪽면에 교대로 위치된 이등변삼각형의 형상으로, 끝에서 본 경우 서로 뻗어 위치되는 기저부를 가지는 이그러진 영역(7)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치
- 제2항에 있어서, 장애물은 상기 제1주름곡부(5)를 형성하는 주름 전부의 일부압착에 의해 구성되고, 상기 압착은 상기 저단(4A), (5A)으로부터 짧은 거리에 캐비티(9)를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 장애물은 충전물질(10)에 의해 상기 저단(5A)을 플러그함에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판(3)의 다발은 감소하는 주름을 절단하는 노피(11)를 주위에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2주름곡부(5)의 각각은 저단에 인접한 상기 제1주름곡부의 형태와 유사한 형태를 상단(5B)에 인접해서 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다발(2)은 슬리이브에는 접촉함이 없이 슬리이브(2)에 직접 설치되고, 상대적인 시일이 링(14) 또는 원형 밀봉부재(12),(13)에 의해 구성된 낮은 높이의 복수의 별개부재를 삽입으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판(3)의 다발(2)은, 다발을 임의로 관통하는 원형리브(18)에 의해 구성된 낮은 높이의 복수의 별개부재의 삽입으로 스트랩(17)내 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 별개부재 (12),(13),(18)사이의 환형공간의 일부는 판(3)의 다발(2)보다 더미세한 구조로 된 다공성 패킹으로 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다발(2)의 기저부에, 상기 다발아래를 돌출하는 뒤축부(16), (19)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질 교환장치
- 제3항에 따른 열 및 물질을 교환하는 장치를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 주름밴드(21)에 개시하여, 전단기에 의해 상기 밴드에서 판(3)을 절단하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질을 교환하는 장치를 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 길이로 절단하기 전에, 두 개의 직선부재(23),(24) 사이에 주름밴드(21)를 클램핑하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 및 물질을 교환하는 장치를 제조하는 방법.
