Claims (15)

  1. 침탄 침질 표면과 강인한, 연성의 속을 마련하기 위해 강판이 열처리 되고: 상기 침탄 표면이 표면 관통을 예방하기 위해 로크웰 C척도로 적어도 66의 경도를 가지며: 그리고 강인한 연성의 속이 강판의 취성파괴를 예방하기 위한 침탄 침질의 표면보다 연하게 이루어지는 표면경화 판 장갑.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 침탄 침질 표면이 로크 웰 C척도로 적어도 67의 표면 경도를 가지는 표현 경화 판 장갑.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 강판이 압연 균질 장갑으로 제조되고 속 경도가 로크웰 C척도로 45내지 50의 범위인 판 장갑.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 강판이 고경도 장갑으로 제조되고 속 경도가 로크웰C척도로 52내지 54의 범위인 판 장갑.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 강판의 두께가 약 4내지 13㎜의 범위인 판 장갑.
  6. 선행의 각 항에 있어서, 강판이 그의 열처리에 앞서 그를 통해 형성된 구멍들을 가지는 판 장갑.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 구멍들이 서로 같은 크기와 꼴을 가지는 반복 패턴으로 배열돼 있는 판 장갑.
  8. 판 장갑을 제공하기 위한 강판의 표면경화의 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 : a) 질소 및 탄소의 분위기에서 강판을 가열하기: b) 가열된 강판을 담금질 하기: c) 담금질한 강판을 불리기: d) 불림한 강판을 심동결 하기: 및 e) 침탄 침질 표면과 연하나 강인하고 보다 연한 속을 제공하기 위해 심동결후에 이어서 다시 강판을 불리기를 포함하는 것.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 강판이 질소 및 탄소를 제공하는 분해 암모니아 및 메탄의 분위기에 가열되고, 이 가열열이 705℃ 내지 845℃의 범위의 온도에서 약 1내지 3시간 동안 실행되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 담금질이 오일 담금질인 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 담금질한 강판의 첫 불림이 135℃ 내지 165℃의 범위의 온도에서 ½내지 2시간 동안 실행되는 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 첫 불림된 강판이 심동결 전에 주위 온도에 공기 냉각되는 방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 심동결이 -45℃ 내지 -100℃의 범위의 온도에서 1내지 3시간 동안 실행되는 방법.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 심동결후의 후속 불림이 135℃내지 165℃의 범위의 온도에서 ½내지 2시간동안 실행되는 방법.
  15. 제8항 내지 제14항의 각 항에 있어서, 강판은 질소 및 탄소의 분위기에서의 첫 가열에 앞서 구멍들이 형성되는 방법.
