Claims (2)

  1. 인성 테스트 요소(phosphorous test element)로 미리 점유된 동일 인큐베이터 스테이션(incubator station)에서 배양된 CKMB 테스트 요소의 바이어스(bias)를 방지하는 방법으로서, 상기 스테이션은 상기 CKMB 테스트요소 및 상기 인성 테스트 요소 양쪽 모두의 기공성 상부를 덮는 폴리에틸렌 증발덮개를 포함하며, SO2개스가 상기 스테이션에서 부산물로 발생되도록 인성테스트 요소를 환자샘플을 지닌 상기 동일 인큐베이터 스테이션으로 삽입시키는 단계, 상기 인성 테스트 요소를 판독하는 단계 및 상기 동일 스테이션에서 상기 인성 테스트 요소를 제거하는 단계. CKMB 테스트 요소를 상기 스테이션으로 삽입시키는 단계 및 그 요소를 판독하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 덮개의 상기 폴리에틸렌은 상기 삽입된 인성 테스트 요소로 생성된 SO2개스가 a)상기 덮개에 의해 흡수되고, b)상기 삽입된 CKMB 테스트 요소로 넘겨지는 것을 방지하는데 효과적인 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌이 흰색 착색제를 포함하여 테스트 요소의 검출된 밀도에 더함이 없이 상기 스테이션 내의 테스트 요소를 통과하는 어떤 광을 반사시키는 방법.
