제1도는 본 발명에 따른 열교환기, 팬 및 고정자 조립체를 통합하고 있는 패키지형 터미널 공기 조화기(PTAC)유닛의 개략적인 단면도, 제1A도는 열교환기 핀으로의 공기 흐름 입사각의 효과를 설명하기 위해, 제1도의 공기 조화기 유닛의 일부를 보충적으로 도시한 도면, 제2도는 PTAC의 옥외 또는 콘덴서 부분의 분해 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 열교환기 및 팬 조립체 있어서, 평탄한면 및 평탄면에 대체로 수직인 열 교환기를 관통하는 공기 통로를 형성하는 다수의 핀들을 갖고 있는 열교환기 코임(22)과; 허브(26), 허브로부터 방사상으로 전개된 다수의 블레이드 및 허브와 블레이드들을 회전시키기 위한 구동수단(18)을 포함하고, 상기 블레이드들은 팬이 회전할때 대체로 축방향인 흐름을 공기에 전하도록 된 피치를 갖고, 상기 흐름은 원주방향으로 소용돌이 성분(V60)을 갖고 있고, 열 교환기를 관통하는 축과 상기 열교환기 평탄면을 대향시키도록 위치된 축방향 흐름 프로펠러 팬(24)과; 열교환기 코일(22)을 통과하도록 상기 팬속으로 공기를 강제로 안내하기 위해 상기 팬 및 열 교환기 위쪽에 위치된 보호판(30)과; 공기가 보다 직접 열교환기 통로(Vs)속으로 들어가도록 상기 열 교환기의 평탄면에서의 공기 흐름의 소용돌이 성분(Ve0)을 대체로 축방향으로 향하도록 휘게 하기 위해 팬 블레이드들의 피치와 보족관계에 있는 피치를 갖는 다수의 방사상 베인(46)들을 포함하고, 상기 열교환기의 상기 평탄면상에 열교환기와 사실상 동일 공간에 장착된 고정자(40)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기 및 팬 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정자(40)는 상기 평탄면의 외주와 동일 공간에 있는 직사각형 외부 프레임(42)과 상기 팬과 사실상 동축을 갖는 링을 포함하고, 상기 고정기 베인(46)들은 상기 링(44)으로부터 상기 외부 프레임(42)까지 방사상으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기 및 팬 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 팬 축은 상기 열교환기 평탄면의 중심의 한 쪽에 중요하게 위치해 있고, 달리 상기 고정자는 같은쪽에 대응하여 위치한 링(44)과 함께 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기 및 팬 조립체.
