Claims (12)
- (A)NOx및 SOx를 함유하는 기체류를 유기 수용성 중합체성 킬레이트(여기서, 킬레이트는 NOx를 흡수할 수 있는 다원자가 금속을 함유하며 500내지 1,000,000의 분자량을 가지며 금속과 킬레이팅할 수 있는 펜단트 유기 화학 그룹을 갖는 반복 중합체 주쇄를 함유한다)를 포함하는 수성 반응 용액과 접촉시켜 NOx및 SOx가 이미도디설포네이트, 설파이트 및 수용액중 다른 단량체성 반응 생성물로서 기체류로부터 실질적으로 제거되도록 하며; (B)NOx및 SOx가 실질적으로 제거된 기체류로부터 킬레이트, 이마도디설페이트, 설파이트 및 다른 단량체성 반응 생성물을 함유하는 수용액을 분리하고; (C)단계 (B)의 수용액을 제1막 분리 수단과 접촉시켜 (1)제1비-침투류, 및 (2)제1침투류를 (a)제1침투류에 산화 칼슘을 가하여 거의 모든 설파이트를 아황산 칼슘으로서 침전시키고, (b)침전된 아황산 칼슘을 제1침투류로부터 여과하고, (c)아황산 칼슘이 침전되고 여과된 제1침투류를 제1비-침투류와 혼합함으로써 수득하고(여기에서, 혼합된 류의 단계(A) 반응용으로 잔류하는 충분한 아황산염을 함유한다); (D)혼합된 제1침투류 및 제1비-침투류를 제2막 분리 수단과 접촉시키고, 물 및 분자량 500이하의 기타 단량체 반응 생성물의 일부를 제2침투류로서 제거하고; (E)농축 킬레이트 수용액을 함유하는 제2비-침투류를 접촉단계(A)에 재순환시키고; (F)수용성 알칼리를 순환 과정에 가함을 특징으로 하여 NOx 및 SOx를 함유하는 기체류로부터 NOx 및 SOx를 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(A)의 킬레이트가인 방법상기식에서, X1은 독립적으로 -H,-CH2COOH,-CH2CH2COOH,-CH2-P(=O)(OH)2,또는이고, R1및 R2는 독립적으로 -CH3,-SO3H,-Cl,-H,-COOH이고, m은 5내지 20,000사이의 정수이고, X2는 독립적으로 -H,-CH2CH(OH)CH2CH, -CH2CH(OH)CH2Cl, 또는이고R3,R4및 R5는 각기 독립적으로 상기 정의된 X1과 같고, n은 0,1,2,3또는 4이고;X3는 각기 독립적으로 -OH,-Cl또는이고 r은 10내지 20,000의 정수이고, s는 1내지 4의 정수이고;X4는 각기 독립적으로 -OH,-OCH3,-OCH2CH3또는이고, t는 10내지 20,000의 정수이고, u는 1내지 4의 정수이고;X5는 독립적으로 -OH,-Cl또는이고, y는 10내지 20,000의 정수이고, z는 1내지 4의 정수이고;X6는 독립적으로 -H,-CH2CH(OH)CH2OH, -CH2CH(OH)CH|2Cl,또는이고, v는 10내지 10,000이고, a는 6이고, b는 1내지 4이고,c는 1내지 4이고;X7은 독립적으로-H,-CH2CH(OH)CH2OH,-CH2CH(OH)CH2Cl,또는이고, X8는 -H, -CH2CH(OH)CH2Cl,-CH2CH(OH),또는이고,W는 2,000내지 4,000이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2막 분리 수단이 투석 또는 미세여과인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2막 분리 수단이 500내지 30,000의 분자량 차단을 보유하며 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리아미드, 셀룰로즈 중합체, 폴리에테르 캐톤, 폴리올레핀, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에스테르카보네이트의 중합체로부터 제조된 미세여과막을 함유하는 미세여과인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(A)의 다원자가 금속 이온을 철, 구리, 코발트, 및 망간으로부터 선택하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유기 수용성 중합체성 킬레이트가 1,000내지 500,000의 분자량을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(A)를 10내지 90℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단계(A)의 수성 반응 용액에서 킬레이팅 그룹의 농도가 0.01 내지 0.5M인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계(C) 및 (D)를 0내지 90℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 단계(C)에서 15내지 70용적%의 수용액을 제1침투류로서 수득하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 단계(C)에서 제1침투류에 가하는 산화 칼슘양이 아황산염 1몰당 산화 칼슘 약 1몰인 방법.
