미생물 세포벽 용해 효소와 그의 생산 미생물
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 균주의 효소를 기질 균체가 도말된 플레이트(plate)에 스포팅(spotting)하여 용균 여부를 나타낸 사진이다.
제 2 도는 미생물 세포벽에 본 균주의 효소를 작용시켜 얻어진 반응 생성물을 분석한 도면이다.
제 3 도는 미생물 세포벽에 용해 효소를 생산하는 미생물의 전자 현미경 사진 도해이다.

  1. 미생물 세포벽 용해 효소를 생산하는 호알칼리성 비실러스 속 KFCC 10671의 미생물.
  2. 호알칼리성 바실러스 속 KFCC 10671의 미생물을 pH 7.5∼11.5의 영양배지에서 배양하여 배양액으로부터 미생물 세포벽 용해 효소를 회수함을 특징으로 하는, 미생물 세포벽 용해 효소의 제조방법.
  3. 호알칼리성 바실러스 속 KFCC 10671가 생산하는, 하기의 특성을 갖는 미생물 세포벽 용해 효소.
    분자량 : 약 27,000 달톤
    최적 활성 pH : pH 10 근처
    반응 온도 : 40∼80℃
    최적반응 온도 : 50℃
    안정 pH : pH 5∼11
    최적안정 pH : pH 10
    내알칼리성
