Claims (7)

  1. 기판위에 기록층을 갖고 이 기록층의 광반사측 및/또는 광투과측에 보호막을 갖는 광기록매체이고 상기 보호막이 적어도 Si, Cr 및 N을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호막중에 함유된 Si와.Cr의 원자수비는 식 Si1-xCrx. (식중,x는 0.05x0.4이다)로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 기록층을 구성하는 막의 막면에 대해서 수직방향으로 1측 자기이방성을 갖는 광자기 기록층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 에너지빔의 입사에 의해서, 반사율 및/또는 투과율등외 광학적 특성이 변화되는 기록재료로 된 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  5. 기판위에 기록층과 보호막을 갖는 광기록 매체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, Si보다 비전기저항이 적은 금속원소, 반금속원소, 반도체원소에서 선택한 적어도 1종이상의 원소와 Si로 된 합금 타게트를 음극캐소드로 하고, 적어도 회유가스와 N2가스를 함유한 혼합가스분위기중에서 DC마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 상기 보호막의 성막을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 보호막이 기록층의 광반사측 및/또는 광투과측에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방범.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, Si보다도 비전기 저항이 적은 원소가 Cr인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 제조방법.
