제2도는 본 발명장치의 작동원리를 설명하는 플로우 시이트,
제3도는 본 발명장치에 의하여 프레셔 스윙법을 실시했을 때의 각공정, 각 스텝에 있어서의 흡착탑내 압력변화를 표시하는 그래프.
Claims (7)
- 4탑(A), (B), (C), (D)의 합찹탑을 사이클을 사용하여, 흡착, 과흡착 및 치환, 균압과 자압 감압 및 흡인 감압의 일련의 감압 및 읍인흡인 탈착, 1차가압 및 2차가압유로 유지된 각공정을 차례로 실시하는 프레셔스윙법으로, 메탄올 다량 함유한 혼합가스의 탄산가스 및 수분을 흡착제거하는 장치로서, 탈착공정을 실시하는 탑에서 탈착가스흡인 펌프(13-a), (13-b)를 개재한 탈착가스관로(g)에서 분기하여 유수식가스 호울더(12) 및 회수가 스콤프레서(14-a), (14-b) 및 회수가스 온도 조절장치(17)를 보유하는 회수가스관로(f)를, 앞공정에서 흡착을 실시하여 당공정에서 과흡착을 실시하는 탑에 연결하고, 그 탑과 리사이클가스 관로(i)와 처리전원료 가스도입 관로(a) 및, 흡착을 실시하는 탑에 배관으로 접속한, 장치를 설치하고 탈착가스속에 함유되는 가연성분을 회수하는 것을 특징으로하는 메탄올 다량함유한 혼합가스의 탄산가스 및 수분을 제거하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈착공정을 실시하는 탑과 가압공정을 실시하는 탑의 하부상호를 연결하는 균압용하부 관로(d)를 설치함과 아울러 상기한 양쪽탑의 상부상호를 연결하는 균압용상부관로(c)를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탄올 다량함유한 혼합가스의 탄산가스 및 수분을 제거하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 흡착공정을 실시하는 탑의상부에서 정제가스 서어지탱크에 접속된 정제가스 관로(b)와, 그 정제가스 서어지탱크로 부터, 가압공정을 실시하는 탑의상부에 정제가스의 일부를 보내주는 2차 가압가스관로(e)를 설치하고, 그 2차가압가스관로(e)에 정류량조절밸브(21), (22)를 설치하여, 일정량으로 조절하여 2차가압을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탄올 다량함유한 혼합가스의 탄산가스 및 수분을 제거하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회수가스관로(f)에, 가스의 성분 및 압력의 균일화를 실시하는 장치를 구비하는 유수식가스호울더(12)를 개설하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탄올 다량함유한 혼합가스의 탄산가스 및 수분을 제거하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 정제가스서어지탱크로부터 유수식가스 호울더(12)에, 정제가스의 일부를 보내주는 치환가스관로(h)를 설치하고, 치환가스관로(h)에 정류량조절밸브(21), (22)를 설치하여, 2차가압공정을 끝낸후, 정제가스의 일부를 2차가압 가스유량과 동일한 일정유량으로 회수가스 관로(f)를 정제가스로 치환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탄올 다량 함유한 혼합가스의 탄산가스 및 수분을 제거하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 회수가스관로(f)에 회수가스온도조절장치(17)를 개설하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탄올 다량함유한 혼합가스의 탄산가스 및 수분을 제거하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 흡착제로서 평균세공지름이 약 3A의 카아본 모레클러시이브를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 메탄올 다량함유한 혼합가스의 탄산가스 및 수분을 제거하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
