Claims (14)

  1. a)1이상의 담체 및/또는 b)융점이 20 내지 120℃인 1이상의 안정화제 및 c)융점이 융점이 120내지 260℃인 1이상의 안정화제를 함유하고 상기 성분 b)와 c)가 서로 다른 혼합물을 120내지 260℃로 가열한 후 상기 혼합물이 고체화될 때까지 냉각시킴으로써 제조된 안정화제 혼합물을 사용하여, 평균입경이 1 내지 5mm이고 담체 촉매상에서 중합시킨 폴리올레핀을 처리하는 것을 포함하는 폴리올레핀의 안정화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 안정화제 혼합물이 성분 a), b) 및 c)를 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 왁스 파라핀오일 또는 글리세릴 모노카르복시산 에스테르인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 올레핀 공중합체, 에틸렌/초산비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌/(불포화 카르복시산 에스테르)공중합체, 에틸렌/(불포화 카르복시산 금속염)공중합체, 각기 불포화 카르복시산에 의해 개질된 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌, 석유, 파라핀 오일, 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 또는 글리세릴 모노 카르복시산 에스테르인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 입체장애 페놀 항산화제, 인-함유 안정화제, 입체 장애 아민, 벤조트리아졸, 벤조페논, 피오디카르복시산 디에스테르 및/또는 디알킬디술파이드인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 입체장애 페놀 항산화제인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 입체 장애 페놀 항산화제, 금속탈활성제, 입체장애 아민, 벤조트리아졸, 인-함유 안정화제, 니켈-함유 UV-흡수제 및/또는 C16-C22지방산의 금속염인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 인-함유 안정화제인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 포스파이트인 방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 입체장애 페놀 항산화제이고 성분 c)가 포스파이트인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 n-옥타데실-3-(3′,5′-디-3차부틸-4′-히드록시페닐)프로피오네이트 및/또는 테트라키스[3,5-디-3차부틸-4-히드록시페닐프로피오닐옥시메틸]메탄이고, 성분 c)가 트리스[2,4-디-3차부틸페닐]포스파이트인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 50 내지 120℃의 융점을 갖는 안정화제이고 성분 c)가 180 내지 200℃의 융점을 갖는 안정화제이며, 안정화제 혼합물을 180 내지 200℃로 가열하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 2 내지 5mm의 평균 직경을 갖는 방법.
  14. 제1항의 방법에 따라 안정화시킨 폴리올레핀.
