Claims (8)

  1. N-페닐알킬카바메이트를 메틸렌 결합을 통하여 촉합함에 있어서, 스티렌수지를 모체로 하는 술폰산형 이온교환수지와 비수소결합성 수소소유 용매 존재하에 메틸렌화제를 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-페닐 알킬카바메이트를 축합하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌 수지를 모체로 하는 술폰산형 이온교환수지는 중량비 표면적이 50㎡이상이며, 술폰산기의 수가 3밀리당량 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 N-페닐알킬카바메이트를 축합하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, N-페닐알킬카바메이트는 알킬기가 탄소수 8 이하인 것을 특징으핀 하는 N-페닐알킬카바메이트를 축합하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 메틸렌화제가 디알콕시메탄, 포름알데히드, 파라포름알데이드, 트리옥산에서 선택된 1종 내지 2종 이상 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-페닐알킬카바메이트를 축합하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 비수소 결합성 수소소유 용매는 탄소구 10이하이며, 페닐, 할로겐, 에스테르기를 1종 내지 2종 이상 가지고 있으며, 물에의 용해도가 10중량% 이내 인것을 특징으로 하는 N-페닐알킬카바메이트를 축합하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 메틸렌화제와 N-페닐알킬카바메이트와의 몰비는 0.01~1.0임을 특징으로 하는 N-페닐알킬카바메이트를 축합하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도는 30-95℃임을 특징으로 하는 N-페닐알킬카바메이트를 축합하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 고체산 수지의 사용량은 촉매중량에 대한 술폰산기의 당량이 Q밀리당량이라 할때 101xQ-1~l05XQ-1g 범위임을 특징으로 하는 N-페닐알킬카바메이트를 축합하는 방법.
