Claims (3)

  1. 대략 사각형으로 이루어지는 프레임을 가지며, 이 프레임 내역에 IC 패키지를 수용하는 IC 수용부가 형성되고, 상기 프레임에 IC 패키지의 접편을 지지하는 지지부를 설치함과 동시에 상기 프레임에 IC 패키지를 유지시키는 걸림클릭을 일체로 설치한 IC 캐리어에 있어서, 상기 프레임의 한쪽 대각선상 모서리부에 이 프레임을 탄성에 대항하여 뒤로 휘게하기 위한 힌지부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 캐리어.
  2. 대략 사각형으로 이어지는 프레임을 가지며, 이 프레임 내역에 IC 패키지를 수용하는 IC 수용부가 형성되고, 상기 프레임에 IC 패키지의 접편을 지지하는 지지부를 설치한 IC 캐리어에 있어서, 상기 프레임 한쪽의 대각선상 모서리부에 이 프레임을 탄성에 대항하여 뒤로 휘게하기 위한 힌지부를 가짐과 동시에 다른쪽 대각선상 모서리부에 IC 패키지의 대응하는 모서리부에 걸어맞춤하여 동 패키지를 유지하는 걸림클릭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 캐리어.
  3. 대략 사각형으로 이어지는 프레임을 가지며, 이 프레임 내역에 IC 패키지를 수용하는 IC 수용부가 형성되고, 상기 프레임에 IC 패키지의 접편을 지지하는 지지부를 설치한 IC 캐리어에 있어서, 상기 프레임 한쪽 대각선상 모서리부에 이 모서리부를 탄성에 대향하여 뒤로 휘게하기 위한 힌지부를 가짐과 동시에 같은 모서리부에 IC 패키지의 모서리부에 걸어맞춤하여 동 패키지를 유지하는 걸림클릭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 캐리어.
