제1도는 내연기관의 구동벨트구동장치의 평면도,
제2도는 제1도에서의 장력발생장치의 부분도.

Claims (6)

  1. 장력발생롤러가 적어도 조정하는 동안은 스프링에 의해 구동벨트에 대해 설치되고 힘을 가하는 방향에서 움직일 수 있도록 되어 있는 장력발생장치에 의해, 구동철과 피구동휠 사이에서 구동벨트에 가해지는 장력을 조정하는 공정으로써 다음 사항에 의해 특징지워진다; - 장력발생장치의 생산 후 설치위치의 변경에 의해, 구동시에 적합한 힘으로 스프링을 조이며, -이 위치를 나타낼 표시(marking)을 하고, -조빕후, 구동벨트에 가하는 힘을 조정하여 장력발생장치에 있는 표시가 일치하도록 하므로써 장력을 조정함.
  2. 제1항의 상위개념에 따른 공정으로써 다음 사항에 의해 특징지워진다; -생산 후, 표시에 의해 다시 확인할 수 있으며 구동시의 위치에 맞는 위치로 장력발생장치를 고정하고, -스프링을 원하는 힘만큼 조일 수 있고 이 위치를 고정시킬 수 있으며, -조립 후, 구동벨트를 장력발생장치상의 표시가 일치할 때까지 눌러, 원하는 장력으로 설치할 수 있다.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 장력발생롤러와 고정장치의 위치를 움직일 수 있는 공정.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구동휠 또는 피구동휠의 유니트의 위치를 조정할 수 있는 공정.
  5. 제1항부터 제4항 까지중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 구동중인 벨트구동장치에서 조정할 수 있는 공정.
  6. 제1항부터 제4항 까지중 적어도 한 항에 있어서, 예비조정을 하고, 벨트구동장치를 잠시 구동시킨 후, 초종조정을 하는 공정.
