Claims (2)

  1. 전처리액을 부여시킨 포백을 습열반응실내에서 습열처리하는 포백의 전처리에 있어서, 상기 습열반응실내에 공급된 장척포백을 흔들어 접어개는 기계에 의해 중첩하기 전의 포백에, 분사노블로부터 분출되는 뜨거운 물 또는 전처리약제를 함유하는 뜨거운 물을 부착한 액을 가진 로울을 접촉해서 포백에의 보수를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포백의 전처리방법.
  2. 전처리액을 함침시킨 포백을 습열반응시키는 습열반응실과, 이 습열반응실내에 있어서 장척포백을 중첩하면서 처리액속으로 안내하는 흔들어접어개는 기계를 구비시킨 포백의 전처리장치에 있어서, 그 흔들어접어개는 기계의 표백도입쪽 근처에, 상기 포백에 접촉되고 또한 둘레면에 액을 유지할 수 있는 미세요철을 가진 액을 가진 로울을 배치하고, 또 이 액을 가진 로울에 접근시켜서, 이 액을 가진 로울의 둘레면 전체에 뜨거운 물을 부여시키기 위한 뜨거운 물 노즐을 배치해서 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 포백의 전처리장치.
