제2도는 진단챔버의 한쪽 말단에서의 팬 형태의 아아치형 슬롯 다이 및 성형 기전의 확대 부분 평면도이며,
제3도는 성형 롤 또는 연속되는 상부 콘베이어를 부유시키기 위한 유압식 피스톤-실린더어셈블리주의 하나의 도식적인 설명도이다.
Claims (10)
- (A) 하나 이상의 열가소성 수지와 하나 이상의 플루오로카본 분말의 혼합물을 열가소화 시키고, (B) 할로하이드로카본, 할로카본, 불활성 기체 및 탄소수 1내지 약 8의 알칸으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 발포제 약 3 내지 약 16중량부(열가소성 수지의 중량 기준)를 가소화된 수지에 직접 주입하고, (C) 수지의 발포를 방지하기에 충분한 압력하에, 발포제와 플루오로카본 분말을 수지중에서 균일하게 혼합하여 발포성 수지 혼합물을 형성시키고, (D) 발포성 수지 혼합물이 발포체로 팽창되는 영역으로 혼합물을 압출시키고, (E) 발포체를 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하여, 밀도가 약 0.9 내지 약 3.5lb/ft3임을 특징으로 하는 압축된 연장 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로카본 분말의 평균 입자크기가 약 0.1 내지 약 5μ인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 알케닐-치환된 방향족 수지인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포제가 클로로디플루오르 메탄, 디클로로디플루오로메탄, 1-클로로-1, 1-디플루오로에탄, 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄, 2-클로로-1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로카본 분말이 열가소성 수지의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.01 내지 0.3 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(D)의 영역이 약 2내지 약 27inHg의 절대 압력하에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포체의 밀도가 약 0.9내지 약 2.0lb/ft3인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(D)의 영역이, 혼합물을 챔버의 한쪽 말단에서 아아치형 슬롯 오리피스가 있는 팬형 다이로 통과시키고, 아아치형 슬롯 오리피스면의 상부와 하부에 위치한 아아치형 롤에 의해 혼합물의 팽창을 조절하며, 발포체를 챔버의 반대쪽 말단에 위치한 수조를 통해 통과시키는, 연장된 챔버로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 혼합물을 챔버의 한쪽 말단에 위치한 다이를 통하여 통과시키고, 발포체를 챔버내에서 냉각시킨 다음, 발포체를 챔버로부터 대기로 보내는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포체의 평균 기포크기가 0.5mm 미만인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
