Abstract
본 발명은 가구 및 차의 좌석. 팔걸이 및 머리받침과 같은 자동차용으로 유용한 직물내 발포체 제품의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 가요성 또는 반가요성 발포체 배합물을 복합체 커버의 발포체 배킹에 부을때 불활성 기체를 사용하여 발포시키고 팽창 및 경화시킨다.

Claims (15)
- 가요성 또는 반가요성 폴리우레탄 발포 배합물을 예비 조형 복합체 커버에 붓고 발포체를 팽창 및 경화시키는 것으로 구성된 푸어-인 플레이스 제품(pour-in-place article)의 제조방법에 있어서, 불활성 기체를 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체 배합물에 용해 또는 분산시켜 액체 발포 반응물이 부분적으로 발포된 상태로 혼합 헤드를 떠나게 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 기체를 발포체 배합물의 폴리올 성분에 용해 또는 분산시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 기체를 발포체 배합물의 이소시아네이트성분에 용해 또는 분산시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 기체를 발포체 배합물의 폴리올 및 이소시아네이트 성분 모두에 용해 또는 분산 시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불활성 기체가 공기, 질소 또는 이산화 탄소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불활성 기체가 이산화 탄소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 헤드를 떠나는 발포체 배합물 반응물의 액체 밀도가 최대 0.8g/㎤임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포체 배합물을 한번에 또는 조금씩 주입함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체 배합물이 고레질리언스 발포체 배합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물 커버의 발포체 배킹이 최소 밀도가 35.0㎏/㎡이며 두께가 4㎜이상인 슬랩재 발포체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물 커버의 발포체 배킹의 공기 유속이 최소 1cfm임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비 조형 직물 커버의 발포체 배킹이 공기 유속이 1cfm미만인 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리우레탄 발포체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합체 커버가 직물상에 적층된 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에테르 복합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합체 커버를 금형에 놓아 두거나 금형을 충전시키는 동안 홀더에 의해 모양을 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포물이 복합체 커버를 통해 배출되거나 금형 압력을 낮게 할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
