Claims (6)

  1. 질화붕소 미립자 및 산소부재하의 열분해시 바람직하지 않은 탄소성 잔류물을 남기지 않는 유기결합재를 포함하는 미처리 질화붕소쉬트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기결합재 성분이 폴리에틸렌이 미처리 질화붕소 쉬트.
  3. (i) 질화붕소 분말, 산소 부재하의 열분해서 바람직하지 않은 탄소성 잔류물을 남기지 않는 유기 결합제, 및 오일을 혼합하고; 다시 그 혼합물을 승온에서 콤파운딩 하는 단계; (ii) (i)단계의 혼합물을 다이를 통한 압출에 의해 성형시켜 쉬트를 형성하는 단계; 또 (iii) 유기용매로 추출함으로써 오일을 제거하는 단계로 제조된 미처리 질화붕소 쉬트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 유기 결합재 성분이 폴리에틸렌인 미처리 질화붕소 쉬트.
  5. (i) 질화붕소 분말, 산소 부재하의 열분해서 바람직하지 않은 탄소성 잔류물을 남기지 않는 유기 결합제, 및 오일을 혼합하고; 다시 그 혼합물을 승온에서 콤파운딩 하는 단계; (ii) (i)단계의 분쇄된 혼합물을 다이를 통한 압출에 의해 성형시켜 쉬트를 형성하는 단계; 또 (iii) 유기용매로 추출함으로써 오일을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 미처리 질호붕소 쉬트의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, (i) 단계에서 혼합에 사용된 유기 결합재 성분이 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
